This 5 bedroom home with designer finishes, high-end furnishings and a private pool is perfect for your family and friends to create amazing memories. In the desirable Storey Lake community, this is the closest "resort like" community to the major Disney attractions (10-15 min drive to the parks).
The space
This spacious 5 bedroom townhouse can comfortably accommodate a large family or group of 10 guests.

- Home Features: 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, fully equipped kitchen, private screened-in pool, patio with outdoor furniture, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, central A.C., towels and bed linens, cable TV in living room, Smart TVs in bedrooms.

-Bedroom Layout: 1st floor- 1 Queen bedroom and 1 bunk bed room with twin over full beds. 1 shared full bath. 2nd floor- 2 king bed en-suites and 1 bedroom with twin and full bed. Bathroom for this bedroom is right outside the door in the hallway. All 4 bathrooms are full bathrooms.

-> Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils...), dining area with breakfast bar with additional seating, living room with a big flat screen smart TV, private screened in splash pool with covered lanai and patio furniture.

*GRILL - The propane gas grill and utensils are available but you have to provide the propane. The propane tank is in the grill and can be refilled at the local Publix. Any leftover gas from the previous guest is free for you to use. Please clean the grill after each use.

- Resort Clubhouse Amenities: Lazy river, resort style heated pool, splash pad, play ground, fitness room, sports area (volleyball, basketball court, mini-golf, tiki bar, kayak).

- THE RESORT: Storey Lake is a new luxurious vacation community located just 8 miles (10-15 min) from Disney, a few minutes from Universal-Sea World and the many water parks in the area. It is only 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

It is also very close to shopping areas such as the Millennia mall, Florida mall, and the outlets; top restaurants and the lovely town of Celebration inspired by Disney.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean upon arrival. House is overall great, but I would suggest plug ins for future guest. I loved how we had easy contact with our host and how they checked in on us to make sure things were going smoothly. Thank you.

2025 Spring Break Family Vacation

This property is a fantastic option for a large family or group that are looking for a spacious condo in close proximity to the Disney World theme parks. The condo is very clean and well appointed with everything you might need for your stay. Our extended family of six adults and three children had been plenty of room to spread out and the kids really enjoyed the pool just outside the living room. In addition the community pool, lazy river and other amenities were a welcome reprieve for our off days from the parks. Josh is a very attentive host and communicator and was extremely helpful from the time we made our reservation until we left the property. We would highly recommend this property.

Great stay, close to Disney

Four adults and three kids, plus an additional three adults for a few days. Conveniently located to all the Disney stuff. The lanai’s pool was fantastic. Plenty of room and set up for guests. Honestly probably the best rental I’ve ever had on vacation. We spent a day at the community pool/waterpark and it was amazing too! Josh was super responsive when we had questions. Don’t hesitate, just book it. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic Disney Family Stay

The house, full of character sketches which helps enhance the Disney experience, is a perfect location for everything: all Disney properties, food market, shops, fast food options, and has a great walking path along the property over Storey Lake. A gated community, the property was quiet and friendly. Owner was very responsive, answering last-minute questions quickly and thoroughly.

We just loved it,

I,m sure the host has heard it all But it was simply one of the best stays we have had, our grandson is still talking about it.The property is much larger than the pictures lead us to believe and so well equipped. Location to Disney parks and shopping was a breeze and even our son managed this as a first time driver in the USA. A big thank you to you Josh and Kiana for your wonderful email prior to our stay informing us of everything we needed from driving to door codes and also for assistance during our stay. We would not hesitate in recommending your wonderful property and will no doubt be talking about it for weeks once we return home. Best wishes The Parker Family

Outstanding property and hosts

We have rented through VRO on multiple occasions and this property by far has exceeded any expectations that we had. The property was exactly as described. The house was spotless and was well furnished with all of the essentials that my family needed and it had amenities that other properties charged extra for. The pool was heated, we had a BBQ we could use without charge, plenty of beach towels and even flashlights in the event of an emergency. The property was well located near all of the Disney parks and was convenient for shopping with a Walmart and the Publix nearby. We were on vacation when hurricane Milton hit Florida. The hosts Kiana and Josh were exceptionally gracious and maintained contact with us when hurricane Milton was expected to pass over our location. They were genuinely concerned about our well-being and it was much appreciated. We look forward to renting from them again.

Fantastic Getaway!

We came to Orlando to celebrate our anniversary and visit Universal Studios. There were 4 adults and 4 kids and we had tons of space and the house was just as it was pictured. The host was incredibly friendly and very responsive. We plan to return again soon!

Perfect House and Location to Disney

This beautiful home was was prettier than the pictures!! It is loaded with everything you need when you walk through the door! My family and I loved how clean it was, the comfortable and clean beds, fully equipped bathroom with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There's even Aloe in the wash, if you've been in the sun too long! Towel sets for each family member there were 9 of us and a basket of towels for the pool! The kitchen had every utensil and gadget needed to make the best meals, milkshakes, and smoothies! Fully equipped for babies and young children as well stroller, high chair, pack-n-play (more than one), bowls and cups! Completely stocked with kitchen supplies, so you won't have to rush out to buy extra items: dishliquid, lots of trash bags, hand soap, paper towels, cleaners, and more! Washing pods for the washer, floatations for the pool, all the comforts of home!! I've rented from this area before and this is my first fully equipped home with extras 😀 It was nice to not have to run out to get anything but dinner! We missed the complimentary coffee, but its included too! The free water park was enjoyed by my family as well, they looked forward to going everyday! I guess you can tell we enjoyed our stay 😁 FAMILY VACATION 2024

This was definitely our home away from home! The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic and check-in was simple. Josh & Kiana went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. Family Vacation

From the beginning of our time in the home to the last day, communication with the Host was always important and they responded quickly. The home was just as it was represented in the VRBO. Access to the resort amenities was a great opportunity for our family to enjoy when we were not at the amusement parks or in the pool at the house. Will be coming back soon.

Wonderful Stay

The listing of this property was accurate for our family of 8. We were in town for the dance competition. Check in was easy and Josh was responsive and accommodating in every way. The kitchen was fully stocked with all things needed for our trip and the location was ideal. My only suggestion would be more bath towels for the guest and to focus a bit more on the cleanliness it was slightly dusty in some areas.We didn’t check out the community pool because my kids loved the pool in the back without the crowds. I’d definitely rent this property again. Thanks Josh & Kiana for a wonderful stay.

Great for families!

We loved this property and the owners! In addition to being in the desirable Storey Lake resort, which we have stayed at many times, this particular unit was excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment, they provided inflatable pool toys, and they even provided liquid soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. It's the small things that can make a huge difference when staying with young children. Josh was very responsive and prompt in addressing issues. I have nothing but positive things to say.

Great Location

The property was perfect for our extended family’s needs, The community pool and water slide were a hit with everyone. Property is close to all major Orlando attractions as well as a reasonable commute to the beach.

Very nice property

This house was just as described and very clean. It was only a short walk to the club house and a short drive to many amenities in the area. The home owner answered our questions very quickly. I would definitely rent this property again.

Awesome property!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely home! Our hosts responded very quickly with anything we needed. Everything was just as pictured, and the furniture was very comfortable. The grill was easy to use, and the pool was great to relax in after walking around the theme parks all day.We would definitely stay here again!

Quite, clean, relaxing

My family of 6, and 3 friends stayed with us in the amazing, spacious house for 10 days. There was so much room for everyone, the kids loved the pool, and check in/out was a breeze! If we had an issue that the owner couldn't fix, they found a solution to keep us happy and they were very quick at responding. Area was nice and quiet but still so close to so many stores! Loved that they provided a crib and high chair for my baby!
