Delightful home with glorious view in Mendo village

I live in Southern California and come to Mendocino for the peace, the dark nights with a sky full of stars where I feel like I can hold the Milky Way in my hand as I stand on my balcony. I come for the kindness and generosity of a community that still has a commons and values long friendships, life, art, writing, making, cooking, eating and good coffee. I come because I followed my son here and he has good taste in richly rewarding communities and beauty. I come for the view when I need to unwind my mind and the walk on the bluff, to the waterfall or in the world class botanical garden.

The 1880's home is on the edge of the bluffs state park, the view is spectacular, the walks can go in any direction and discover something new and lovely neighbors.

The location of my home is special, the views are rockstar, the patios delightful. It is 2 bedrooms, but with the cottage in back and the upstairs playroom it easily holds 7 for a delightful stay. It still feels in another century, warmth is from the fire fed stove, the main rooms flow into each other. Simple yet home sweet home.
