Profitez de vos vacances sur cette île dans ce condo spacieux et décoré avec goût, motif Florida, direct condo face au golfe,. Le Shores est directement en face de l'épicerie Publix. Il est situé directement sur le Golfe du Mexique, avec vue imprenable sur la baie Estero et Sanibel Island. À l'extrémité sud de l'île est Plaza de Santini où il ya beaucoup de magasins, une pharmacie, une librairie, une prise États-Unis bureau de poste, un magasin de matériel, une banque, des restaurants et un port de plaisance avec location de bateaux.

Le condo dispose d'une grande terrasse avec des cabanes tiki, des grils à gaz en plein air, et le pont. Ce condo d'une chambre a tout. Vous vivrez une véritable ambiance tropicale et exotique avec vue sur l'océan de chaque fenêtre, et les brises chaudes de l'océan et de fleurs odorantes. Accès direct aux sept miles de blanc, plage immaculée et le golfe du Mexique et à seulement 2 miles de la jetée et «Times Square».

Location was great and the property was just as described. Beautiful view from every window! The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. It was very clean and bright! Enjoyed the great views (and some dolphins) on the lanai with our coffee every morning.

What a great find, the condo was clean with a view of the gorgeous beach in every room. Online pictures don’t do it justice. The water is crystal clear, the beach is very clean and not crowded. The location is also away from the crowds. Having the Publix right across the street was a great convenience. We also had a dolphin cruise thru the recommended marina across the street as well. Would love to come back.

This condo offered the most beautiful views of the ocean - direct access! We also loved the private sitting area out front with loungers, a table and shade when needed. Karen was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I would stay here again! Perfect little set up for 2 people.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return.The condo is exactly what we were hoping for on a quiet beach trip. The space is bright, clean, and comfortable, with great natural light and a relaxed coastal feel. The living area and bedroom both open to balconies with beautiful views of the beach and Gulf, which made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. The layout worked very well for relaxing after a day outside, and everything we needed was already there.One of the highlights of the property is how peaceful it is. The beach in front of the building was never crowded, which made it easy to enjoy long walks, shell hunting, and simply sitting and watching the water. The outdoor deck areas and tiki hut are a great touch and provide nice spots to relax while still being right by the beach.The host struck the perfect balance between being available and giving guests space. Communication was clear and helpful, but never intrusive, which we really appreciated.Overall this was a quiet, comfortable place to unwind and enjoy the beach. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with great views and easy access to the water, this is a fantastic choice.

Perfect location, quiet and private building and extremely responsive Host! My husband and I really liked the location. It's on the quieter end of Ft. Myers Beach. It was very convenient to have Publix and Jukanoo's across the street. There is a Lee County transit that picks up right across the street multiple times a day if you don't have a vehicle and wanted to take the transit down to the busier end of the beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed in regards to kitchen amenities, bath and bedding. The beach towels that were supplied with the unit were huge and fluffy! The punch key for the door was really convenient. It was nice not to have to carry a key. If you do want to do your laundry it is located in a different section of the building and you have to use quarters (1.75 for washer, 1.75 for dryer). So make sure you have quarters if you plan on doing laundry. We basically had our own private beach. We did see some of the neighbors, but overall it felt like we were the only two there. The neighbors were very kind and helpful to any questions we had. Karen (the host) was very excellent at communication from the start. We communicated via text. Any questions I had she was quick to respond and she was very good about checking in on us to make sure we were doing good and make sure we had everything we needed. Her check out process was probably the best I've ever experienced with any rental I've stayed. Just leave everything. So nice!

Wonderful place, suits all our needs and then some.

We love the Shores. Karen thinks of everything down to beach towels. We have stayed 3 years in a row and plan on many many future stays. We've been coming to FMB for over 35 years and The Shores rates at one of the best.

One of Don's favorite pictures, just relaxing by the beach during the Christmas season with a cold drink and nice warm ocean breezes from the ocean just a few feet away. We bought this condo mainly because of the awesome views of the ocean and the wonderful sunsets, dolphins, and the nice sandy beach. We enjoy the lanai facing the beach. We can watch the boats, and just enjoy nature every day in paradise.Our kids seem to feel the same way!

We like the location as we are right across the street from Publix Grocery Store, and we like Fort Myers Beach. The 7 mile island has everything we like to enjoy. Great restaurants, shopping, walking, shelling, and a place to relax and enjoy warm weather all year round.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We have an 8 unit building so it is quiet, under the building parking, 2nd floor unit with all windows facing the beach, 2 lanai's to enjoy reading or relaxing. All the comforts of home are here and you will get the feeling that you want to stay forever.
