Profitez de la vue panoramique sur la mer depuis ce magnifique appartement de deux chambres dans un fantastique complexe à quelques pas du vieux quartier et de la plage. Fraîchement décoré et avec 2 piscines, courts de tennis, restaurant / bar sur place, aire de jeux pour enfants et marché, vous serez tentés de rester à quelques pas de la célèbre vieille rue commerçante de La Carihuela avec un merveilleux choix de boutiques et de restaurants. À quelques pas de plus, vous êtes sur la plage de 2 kilomètres de La Carihuela, où vous pouvez vous promener sur le Paseo, manger dans l'un des célèbres Chiringuitos de Carihuela ou simplement vous prélasser au soleil. Les merveilleuses améliorations apportées à ce bel appartement incluent toutes les nouvelles portes et fenêtres en 2017 et une nouvelle cuisine et salle de bain en janvier 2018. De plus, nous avons remplacé les anciennes garde-robes à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour nous assurer qu'elles sont propres et efficaces. Ce que nous avons fait en juin 2018. Internet fibre optique est inclus pour un accès illimité pour accueillir vos adolescents! Fenêtres sur trois côtés offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes avec une vue à 180 degrés sur la Méditerranée depuis le grand balcon.
Vous serez accueillis dans cet appartement par un «pack de démarrage» qui comprend toutes les exigences de base pour au moins votre premier jour de séjour.

Great experience!

We spent 7 nights at this apartment and was a great find, very clean with a great view of the ocean. Location is perfect, very close to minimarkets, restaurants, 4 min walk to the beach. The only issue I found is that we rented a car and sometimes it was difficult finding parking on the street but there are some paying parkings close to the building.

Best area lovely place!

Loved the apartment and area. Kids loved the pool and close proximity to the beach and everything.We will definitely return. Hopefully one time as just a couple to relax and enjoy it to the max as two crazy kids keep you on your toes.Pictures do not do it justice and the veiws were amazing.Do not hesitate to book.Thank Theresa!

Really enjoyed our stay . Apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated, spacious, homely and the view from the balcony is fabulous. We had a lovely week. A morning cuppa on the balcony was a lovely start to the day. I don’t think you’d find somewhere more ideally situated . It’s very quiet, yet only minutes from the shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful beach. Theresa was so helpful and accommodating to us and I’m very grateful. She answered any query I had and checked in to make sure all was well.

Lovely Apartment near beach with Amazing Views

Apartment is light and bright with a beautiful sea view which is enjoyed from the balcony. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, services and groceries. Great WiFi! Owner is very nice and easy to work with. Had a wonderful stay and plan to return next year.

Stunning apartment

Absolutely loved the apartment. Beautiful inside , spacious and clean. Ideal location for both Torremolinos and benalmadena harbour. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment

This was our second visit to this apartment. It was as lovely as last year, so convenient for restaurants and bars. It's in a lovely area with gardens and a pool. The apartment is very clean and well furnished.

Perfect apartment and Location

This property was fantastic so clean and organized and in a great location It is even nicer than the photos show Right between Torremolinos and the marina at Benalmadena Lots of fantastic beech restaurants and bars, plus lovely car free streets to explore with more bars and resturants There was a great welcome pack when we arrived with all the essentials and more. We had a fantastic time and definitely reccommend it !!

Fantastic!!!

Really lovely apartment. Had everything we needed.Great balcony with wonderful views, loved sitting on there having pre dinner drinks. Location just perfect , so near the beach and all the tapas bars. Theresa communicated promptly to all my questions/enquiries. Can't wait to return!

Lovely apartment with great views

The apartment was fantastic, very spacious and well equipped. The views from the balcony are stunning. Communication and key collection was very easy. The beach, bars, shops and restaurants are within a couple of minutes walk. The pool area and gardens are nice and quiet.

Absolutely perfect apartment and amazing location. Host was fantastic and extremely helpful to deal with. Also kate who looked after us when we were there was very helpful and friendly. I have been holidaying in this resort for 20yrs and this was the best yet !

Amazing

Return visit to this property and again it didn’t disappoint. The apartment is extremely clean and well kept and the view from the balcony is amazing. It is extremely close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars of La Carihuela. I will definitely be back again.
