Very beautiful condo on the top of the chalet. Just outside of the heart of Gatlinburg. Space was clean and accommodating with the views and club amenities.

Great Stay

The condo was clean and very cute. It was close to downtown Gatlinburg and all of the attractions. We really enjoyed out stay and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Cozy place for 2

We enjoyed our stay at High Mountain Perch. The space was great for 2 people, probably not more than that. There are 2 beds, but the privacy is limited if more than a couple is staying there. Great views!

Minor fixes

I just had a few minor problems with the unit. The ceiling fan was extremely squeaky and the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to open and loud when opening. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay. Thanks!

Wonderful Stay

Very Clean, So well decorated, Somewhere we could call home. Corner Condo and the best views of the Smokey Mountains you could ever imagine. From the highest point of view in Gatlinburg you can watch fireworks over Gatlinburg or if you come up for winter snow skiing, you can experience fresh snow, or watch snow being blown on the top of the mountain from your windows. We were up in January and again last week. Had a blast. So much to do and little time to do it. Went hiking, out for dinner, caught an Elvis dinner show which was really fun, brought fishing rods but so many other things available, never got a chance to use them. Was able to enjoy much wildlife as well. It was really cool. Plan to get this condo again in September.
