Welcome to our beautifully updated 1920s home in the heart of Lexington, Ohio. Originally a duplex, this spacious single-family home is perfect for families or groups, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests.
The home is located close to downtown Lexington on a quiet, dead-end street. We are 5 minutes from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, 13 minutes from Snowtrails, and less than 20 minutes from Downtown Mansfield.
The space:
1st floor features community rooms; Game room with foosball table, Living room with 65" 4k TV, sitting room with stereo, entryway, half-bath with laundry, large eat-in kitchen and formal Dining room.
2nd floor features 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedrooms feature 5 queen beds, and 1 room with bunk bed. No futons, no pullouts, everyone is comfortable.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy complete access to the property, minus the basement, attic, and barn.

You will be near local school buildings and within walking distance to shops.
We believe Lexington is poised to accept new businesses which would further add to the appeal of our home. We also like the idea of helping to provide an easy way for visitors to invest in our wonderful town.

The Gathering Grange is an Original 1920 custom-built Duplex.
The home was built by a successful local farmer and businessman to house his family on one side, and his Adult daughter's family on the other.
With various uses over the years, it was converted to a single family home in 2016.
We purchased and renovated the home in 2024.
Our home provides high ceilings, brightrooms with large windows, refurbished Old Heart Pine flooring throughout, quartz counters, and thoughtful touches that honor its rich heritage.
