Open Concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Room leading out to our Beachfront Balcony. Guest Bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed, large closet and great bay views across the street which provide stunning sunrises. Guest bath adjacent to second bedroom making it the prefect guest quarters. Den comfortably furnished with a desk, sofa and TV, also offering sunrises over the bay. Laundry in condo, ample storage throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. Beach equipment provided including Beach Chairs, Towels, Cart and Umbrella.

1 Parking space provided in our parking garage just across the street. Tennis and Pickleball are available located on the rooftop of parking garage.
