3800 sq ft exécutif Maison de vacances sur un lac privé à 5 minutes de Legoland et à 30 minutes de Disneyworld, Orlando, Fl. Trois grandes chambres, deux avec lits king size et toutes avec salle de bains privative, plus salon, salle familiale, salle à manger, grande buanderie, criblées piscine chauffée et un bain à remous, projeté en plein air salle à manger et un espace barbecue (avec grand barbecue) et accessoires. Aussi une salle de jeux avec une table de billard et de fléchettes. Cette maison est joliment meublée comme une maison semi-retraite, non-fumeur, pas d'animaux. Pour 6 personnes. Clean, comfortable, roomy house! All the amenities you need. Quiet place, but close to restaurants and stores. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome!

We had an amazing stay at this home! It was the best stocked house we’ve ever stayed at, perfect for hosting our large family for Christmas. There was something for all age groups to do. It was very clean and all beds were very comfortable. Travis from the pool company was excellent! We definitely want to come back. Thank you Diamond and April for allowing us to rent this beautiful home!

The host was fantastic but the house was’t very clean and couldn’t get any of the TV’s to work. The upstairs was very warm while the downstairs Was nice and cool.

Guests should please notify us of any issues. The TVs are all smart and/or have Roku sticks. They should all be working! Our cleaners are excellent but if one sees any problems, we need to be notified to rectify.

Great House! lots of space

Very clean house, very impressed with the amount of space. Pool was a little dirty. But overall very pleased. The lake was very nice to be able to fish every morning. I would recommend this for future visits.

Winter Haven Vacation

We absolutely loved staying at the Lakehouse. It was absolutely spotlessly clean. It had everything we could ever need. The pool was amazing. We loved relaxing by the pool and in the family room overlooking the pool and lake! Very private and safe neighborhood. Can’t say enough good things about it. Hope to stay there again!

Very welcoming home!

We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. It's so spacious, with relaxing places for everyone. It's also very well thought out as far as supplies. Diamond and April are very welcoming. They've thought about virtually everything! Each of the 3 main bedrooms are spacious and quiet. We could not hear the kids when they woke before us each morning. Thank you so very much!

Wow!

This place was amazing. We stayed here for our honeymoon and we could not have asked for a better place. Not only is the place huge, but it's one of the only places I've seen where there is a pool and hot tub outside right on the lake. If we end up back in the area, this would be the very first place we are checking to see if it is available.

The Lakehouse

This VRBO was so amazing!!! I can’t say this enough. Quiet neighborhood. Top Notch, stellar accommodations, very spacious, all the rooms have great views! This was the best part of my trip back home. Thank you again and looking forward to staying in this VRBO again

Relaxing week in Winter Haven

Wonderful house with lots of room and amenities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Ate outside on a covered patio or in an elegant dining room depending on the weather. Cooking was made easy with all the appliances, pots and pans and place settings. Played pool in the game room or watched baseball in the comfortable living room. Would definitely recommend.

It was wonderful The house is very clean, the lay out is a little different, but that left plenty of places for alone time if needed Plenty of rooms But the real gem of this house is the location and the outside at the back of the house The house is just enough off the main drag so you think you are far removed from the hustle and bustle of life and yet close enough for anything you want or need . The back yard is very pristine, and relaxing. If I ever go back to that part of Florida, you can bet this is where I want to stay

Lots of Space, but Needs a Little TLC

Rented The Lakehouse for four nights in July. I was looking for a quiet place in Central Florida after spending a week on the beach. The location was good - an established neighborhood on a small lake which I walked around every morning. Very close to Legoland and restaurants. Owners communicated in a timely fashion and gave very specific information concerning entry procedures, etc. The house is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. However, it's older and it shows. The pool area is great, but it hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, which added to a not-so-good first impression.

Thank you for your review. We do rely on our cleaning staff and always appreciate commentary which advises us of any deficits. We have been steadily upgrading the house, over the last year in particular so you may not have noticed that the exterior has had a fresh coat of paint, and the pool now has plexiglass on one side providing an improved view. We will continue our efforts to update the house!

Close to Legoland

This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Legoland and Peppa Pig park. The house is large with plenty bedrooms and bathrooms for several people. The property is pretty and the pool is nice. The pool area is covered with a screen. The kitchen is fairly large and the dining area seating is more than adequate. The kitchen has a bar with stools. The house had plenty of towels and supplies. It also has items for children if needed, such as cribs, small bowls and utensils. The owners communicated well. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. The only minus is that the house wasn’t real clean…the bathrooms and kitchen were fine, but under the beds it looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped.

Comfortable Home, Outstanding Location

This is a large and spacious home that we chose primarily due to its location to Legoland. This was our family's first full week in Winter Haven and I'm just falling in love with the area. I can see why the property owners purchased in this area. The ammenities are plentiful and we were invited to treat this home as our own for the week. I think they've gone above and beyond to provide a great experience. When renting a home, we typically travel with a lot of our favorite things but we found that we really didn't need to bring most of them for this trip.There are various TVs in the house, most with Rokus available to get your favorite streaming services up and running. The kitchen gadgets are plentiful. There's a second refrigerator/freezer in the laundry room which helped with being able to store leftovers easily. Any problems that we encountered were promptly addressed by the homeowners. There's a Pizza Hut a half mile down the road which I loved as we do not have one in our hometown. Check out Andy's Igloo if you want a delicious meal and delicious treats. My wife enjoyed the proximity to Dutch Bros. Our kids loved the Legoland complex.

Fantastic property with everything you need for a relaxing stay

We had a great two weeks at the Lakehouse in late August. It had everything we needed,and more, for our family of two adults and one teen and we could not have been more pleased with how well equipped the house is. Although about 30 to 45 minutes drive from the main Orlando sites, this was not too much of an issue for us, and we greatly enjoyed the peaceful nature of the location on the Lake and using the fantastic pool and spa - particularly during the heat of our stay. There are other attractions nearby such as Bok Gardens and Legoland if you don't want to do Disney every day. The house is quirky but very comfortable, well maintained and clean. It provides a great range of equipment which made our stay very comfortable and it very much felt like a home-away-from-home. We had a couple of issues with the pool but Diamond saw that these were fixed quickly and kept us well informed. I would recommend the house to families with older children particularly, and we will definitely come back when we next travel to Florida.

3 1/2 very relaxing and comfortable weeks

I traveled with my 17 year old boy girl twins for a baseball clinic and stayed 3 1/2 weeks at this home. The locations is great and the pool was very nice!! The beautiful view out to the lake each morning was super relaxing. The beds are all super comfortable and the property owner was great to work with. I have stayed at many VRBO homes and never had a property stocked with so many essential things we could use. This made our long stay very nice. The house had plenty of space and everything you possible needed. The bathrooms really need to be renovated and the wallpaper was pealing off in all of them. There are numerous leak stains on the ceilings and blinds that need to be replaced from water damage.

Perfect Home

From the very first contact with April & Diamond I felt comfortable that this was a good decision. I was not disappointed. The house very clean and furnished with everything we needed. As a former resident of Winter Haven the house is conveniently located to everything. We enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub and the pool. My mother enjoyed the serene view of the lake from the porch. We all did a little reading of the former famous resident of the house. Anyone visiting this part of Florida should stay here. You will not be disappointed.
