Our building is packed with fantastic amenities, including the Casa Playa Restaurant, a gym, a cozy movie theater, a relaxing sauna, a stylish club room, an outdoor kitchen, and a front desk staffed 24/7. Valet parking is also available for $35 per day.

**Parking:** Overnight parking in the Garage incurs a $35 fee a night (payment required upon arrival for all nights). Valet parking is free for stays over 28 nights. Parking clearance is 8'6", and commercial vehicles cannot stay overnight.

**Documentation:** All guests must submit ID at check-in, with no exceptions. Association rules must be signed at least 24 hours before check-in.

**No pets allowed**

**Maximum Occupancy:** Please adhere to the rental's maximum occupancy. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

**No Parties Allowed:** We cater to serious, mature guests looking to enjoy our unit and nearby amenities. Parties are strictly prohibited, and guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund if rules are violated.

**Starter Supplies:** We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and household essentials for three days. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies thereafter.

**Construction Noise:** Construction noise may occur between 9am-4pm during your stay.

**Noise Monitoring:** We use noise decibel monitors in common areas to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
