Complete newly renovated 2nd (top) story apartment with lots of natural light! Large bedroom with queen bed, large closet, and sitting bench. Living room with chaise lounge sofa that opens to a queen bed, new tv, washer/dryer. Full kitchen w/ commercial gas range, full fridge, plenty of cabinet space. Full bathroom w/ shower/tub combo, new vanity, plenty of linens. Private balcony out back w/ great combo of light & shade for nice days. If you have a larger group, we have another unit next door!

Apt was great. Very well described. Clean and quiet. Great neighborhood and felt very safe. We walked in the neighborhood after 11 pm and never felt insecure.

Wonderful!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed while we were there. It was nice and cool to relax in after long days of sightseeing. Great location, too! We walked to the Capitol one morning (20 min) and the rest of our days we walked to Eastern Market metro line (also 20 min). If we find ourselves in DC again, we’ll definitely stay here!

Short birthday weekend getaway

This was our first time to DC and we chose to stay in a great location. Within walking distance to streetcar and Metro (at Union Station). It was hot and a tutorial on the room thermostat would have been helpful upon check in. We eventually figured it out and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent property

Location of the property is great, quite street. The property is bright and airy. Check-in instructions were clearly provided. Since the apartment is on the 2nd floor you have to take the stairs which wasn't a problem even with a few carry on bags. The owners responded to messages fast and were extremely accomodating. All the necessary things, bed sheets, blankets, towels, etc. were provided. The kitchen is nice and adequately stocked. It was a nice place to stay, would recommend it.

Capital Hill one bedroom

Convenient and pleasnt location. Furnishings were very comfortable. Everything was clean except some dishes in th cabinets. I think not having a dishwasher to properly sanitize is a fault. Also there was no AC. Luckily the weather wasn't too hot and the ceiling fans worked well, but I think it would have been very uncomfortable had the temperature been higher. It suited us well for a short 2 night stay.
