Brand new build in Timber Fox/ROAM community with fully stocked gourmet kitchen that opens up to the living and dining area. Beautiful fireplace and lots of windows to enjoy the Colorado sun when you’re not hitting the slopes, or enjoy summer concerts from Rendezvous Event Center from the comfort of your own private balcony. Unit has A/C, which is a rare find in Winter Park!
Very walkable, you can leave your car at home! One block from Main Street and 2 blocks from many restaurants and Cooper Creek Square! In Winter, bus service right outside your door! Summer service is just one block away.
Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps 8 (6 adults max)
• Bedroom #1: Master Bedroom includes a king-size bed with a sliding glass door that leads to the patio with blackout blinds and 55” Smart TV with private bathroom
• Bedroom #2: Guest Bedroom includes a King size bed with blackout blinds and 50” Smart TV.
• Living Room: Easy to use European Style Queen sized sofa sleeper (55" Smart TV in living area).
• Sleeping Alcove Room: Alcove that includes full size murphy bed cabinet. This is a small room (there isn't a door, this room is best suited for younger kids).
Other Spaces:
• Kitchen: Full stocked kitchen with large island and counter seating
• Living Room: Open living room a with floor to ceiling windows and gas fireplace
• Dining Area: open to living room and kitchen
• Two Bathrooms: The master bath has a large shower and dual sinks. The guest bathroom has a bath/shower combo.
• Patio: The patio has comfortable seating with VIEWS of Hideaway Park stage is visible from the comforts of your own private patio. Perfect place to enjoy the summer concerts and a bottle of wine.
• Washer/Dryer: Located in closet in kitchen
• Parking: One assigned heated parking spot in an enclosed, secured garage (note – spot is tight and may not accommodate large SUVs or trucks). There is plenty of overflow parking outside of the condo complex.
• Communal Hot Tub/Fire Pit: There is a very large communal hot tub and fire pit on the property that has amazing views.
• Ski locker: the unit comes with your own ski locker that includes a lock, located on first floor
• Shared bike storage room: located on first floor (first come first serve).
Remote, keyless entry for all public entrances and unit. 1 (free) reserved, covered parking space in the parking garage. Plenty of additional parking spaces on the property. Second floor location, accessible via stairs or elevator from garage. Please take care as there is still construction in the area due to the condo being brand new within a new development.
Other Notes:
8 guests total (6 ADULTS MAX)! Sleeping alcove that includes full size murphy bed cabinet (there isn't a door, so this room is only suitable for younger children).
NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Quiet hours from 10 pm – 8 am. TVs are Smart TVs.
