Wintervue is a beautiful 3-bedroom + basement, 3-bathroom cabin that comfortably sleeps 11 guests. Located in the Alpine Lake Resort area, it’s the ideal spot for family gatherings, pet-friendly vacations, and a peaceful retreat in the mountains.

Living Room: Cozy and warm, with plenty of seating, a fireplace, and a TV for your entertainment.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need, plus both a Keurig and regular coffee pot for coffee lovers!

Bedroom 1: A cozy queen-size bed (sleeps 2).

Bedroom 2: Featuring a twin XL bed and a twin bed with a trundle (sleeps 3).

Full Bath: A bathtub/shower combo.

Laundry Room: Conveniently located on the main floor, with easy access to the basement.

Master Suite: A spacious king-size bed, attached bathroom, and a lovely loft with seating for extra relaxation.

📌 Important Info Before You Book

❗ Age Requirement: Minimum age of 21 to book, with ID required at check-in. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be evicted with no refund.

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking or vaping inside the property will result in a $200 penalty.

🐾 Pet-Friendly: A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies. Dogs only.

🧴 What’s Provided? Linens, towels, and dishes are included. A starter basket with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and sponge is provided. Guests must bring their own additional supplies, such as shampoo, trash bags, and toiletries.
