The Space:

You'll enjoy a private entrance and newly furnished, comfortable two bedroom apartment.



Located right off I-80, in the Aksarben neighborhood. Only a couple miles from most hospitals, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the Baxter Arena.



Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.



Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Dorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown.

Getting Around:

Car is best for exploring the city, however there is public transportation stop nearby.



Other Things to Note:

1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.



2. There will be lock out fee - $50,

unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50



3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.

Place was clean and photos didn't do the inside justice. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was near a strip of bars and restaurants that were fantastic! We will stay there again.

The location was perfect, right down from everything we needed and wanted to do. The only thing I would change would be the parking. Getting in and out could be a bit difficult at times. Very glad we had a small SUV and not a big vehicle.

Nice weekend getaway

Vary spacious for 2 bedroom apt. Very clean. Very quiet. Parking spots are very narrow. Enjoy staying here very close to my daughter's college for our visits.

Central Omaha Cozy

Great alternative to a hotel in central Omaha. Comfortable and clean. Parking is first come first serve but we didn’t have a problem finding one. Interior is newly done and nice. Definitely recommend!

Very spacious for the two of us. It has great water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the 1st floor but it is a bit too close to the parking so it can be noisy during busy times. The TV in the master bedroom did not work but we didn’t report it.

The apartment was very clean and well stocked with essential items. It was a very good deal for the price. We stayed 4 nights. We are a family of 4. We also had our dog. The communication was excellent. Great location with easy access to the highway, shopping, and food options. Would stay here again!
