Kevin is a great host. Responded quickly to any questions I had. The condo was very comfortable and well stock with supplies. The coffee bar was also great!

I had an amazing time staying at the Bellevue! It was wonderful to be able to walk to Bentleyville and all the shops in Canal Park. Everything was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It felt so fancy! I plan on staying here again on my next trip to Duluth.

We were in the Duluth area and based our stay in this beautiful, quiet, and very convenient apartment. Kevin was wonderful and available for any questions or if problems arise. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Stayed here in February with some friends. This place is super clean. It’s set up very nicely and neatly decorated. The location is perfect. Better than any hotel room in the area. Will definitely be staying here again.

Cute and Comfortable

Such a nice unit! The check in process was very simple, close to shops, restaurants and the canal. Communication was great and instructions were clear and simple. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at the Bellevue loft was fantastic. It was a stylish, cozy oasis. It had a spacious and open feeling. We really enjoyed the unique decor. We also really appreciated all the amenities offered especially the coffee bar and a very well stocked kitchen, along with comfy beds. Kevin was quick to respond to our messages. Directions to check in and check out were very clear. We highly recommend this stylish loft for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Duluth area. We hope to come back someday!
