Spacious 4-bedroom condo in beautiful Tupelo Bay Golf Villas in Murrells Inlet

Escape to this first floor 2336 sq foot condo in picturesque Murrells Inlet. This new 4 bedroom 3 bath Villa was built in 2024. One mile to the beach with a free shuttle running during the summer months. Views of the golf course and a natural pond in the back. This spacious unit is perfect for families. There is a 75 inch tv in the living room and 55 inch tvs in bedroom 1,2 and 4. WiFi and cable included . After a day exploring Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach head back to the Villa for fun and games! There’s an 8 foot pool table and a 12 foot shuffle board table. Also included is the gym an outdoor pool and a year round indoor pool! There are also pickleball courts and a grill area. There is an executive golf course and mini golf right on property. . This wonderful property boasts 4 bedrooms, including a king bed, 2 queen beds, a double bunk bed with a twin above and a twin trundle.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a keurig coffee maker, a Margaritaville Margarita maker and a refrigerator with craft ice. The breakfast bar can seat 4 and the dining room table can seat 10.

Could have been great

Pros: Indoor swimming pool was warm Host accommodating with some requests Nice, quiet location Newer, updated condo Cons: Floors filthy and covered with grit; they turned our children’s feet black within 15 min (the management company did send someone out to clean floors again the next day) Bedding was visibly dirty 3 beds (arrived too late to address the first night, but I had to spend the first morning washing all the bedding; no apology) Two of the beds were not made with sheets, only had a comforter on them Walls had smears of what looked like food in several locations (I had to wipe them down) Must go to a separate location to pick up a checkin packet which could have been left in the condo (host agreed to give us a code the first night as we didn’t arrive until almost 10pm, but insisted we pick up packet first thing the next morning) Long list of check-out tasks should be noted on main listing for transparency (take out the trash, strip the beds and leave the sheets {it does not appear comforters and matching pillow cases are even washed between guests} for a laundry service, wash dishes, etc… Unappealing/unfinished, stagnant pond feature right behind condo unit (the rest of the ponds looked well-manicured, but the end where this property is located seemed to be a mosquito breeding ground and snake haven). This was not clear from the listing photo It really could have been a great stay, earning 5 stars. Needs a better cleaning service and protocols.

We rented 3 years ago and decided this was the perfect place for us. It checked off every box and with the 4 bedrooms we can fit most of our family

The pond out back and feeding the turtles, at night listening to the frogs and crickets. Being able to play golf or mini-golf without leaving the property. Being able to swim in the indoor pool all year long.
The 75 inch smart tv and the pool and shuffle board table all make the Villa a great place to be!
