Goldens' Retreat -Spacious 5-bedroom house- Pet & Family Friendly with Tiki Bar!

Escape to our cozy, family- and pet-friendly beach retreat! We offer a pack-n-play, mini crib, and booster seat for little ones, and welcome furry friends too. Enjoy ping pong, darts, corn hole, bocce, and our covered outdoor tiki bar—perfect for relaxing after the beach. Swim in the community pool or walk to the pier, restaurants, playgrounds, and putt-putt. Unwind, explore, and make unforgettable memories!

This spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is ideal for families, friends, and pets. Located just a short walk from beach access, it features a community pool open daily from 9 AM to dusk, April 1st through October 31st.

We love cooking and bringing everyone together, so we’ve stocked the kitchen with everything you need—from a crock pot and toaster to a Keurig, Nespresso, and a traditional coffee maker. You’ll also find sharp knives, cutting boards, mixing bowls, and plenty of dinnerware to make cooking and serving easy.

Families will also enjoy the many kid-friendly amenities including a pack-n-play, mini crib, baby bath seat, infant-to-toddler booster, indoor toys, puzzles for all ages, and lots of beach toys. For outdoor fun, enjoy bocce, shuffleboard, ping pong, corn hole, darts, and unwind at the covered tiki bar area, a great gathering spot rain or shine.

For those working remotely, the master bedroom includes a small, portable desk and chair setup, offering a comfortable space for emails or virtual meetings.

Grill Info: The home includes a charcoal grill, similar to those found in public parks. It's pictured in the listing to help set expectations. Grilling utensils are available in the storage area, and while guests occasionally leave behind charcoal, we do not supply it. As with all outdoor items, we ask guests to leave the grill clean for the next guest.

Linen and Towel Policy: Pillows and clean quilts/comforters are provided for all beds with every reservation.

For reservations booked on or after 1/6/26, towels and linens are included in the cleaning fee, and no separate linen charge will be added. If you prefer not to have towels and linens provided, please contact us for a reduced cleaning quote.

For reservations booked before 1/6/26, towels and linens are not included by default. If you would like to add them to your stay, please reach out at least one week in advance with the number of guests and which beds will be used so we can provide a personalized quote. Guests are also welcome to bring their own towels and linens to save on fees.
