Welcome to Mother's Place, a stunning two-bedroom, newly built retreat located in the heart of Ocean Springs' golf cart district. Owned by Tiffany and Jason, this home holds a deep family connection, as it was originally the property of Jason’s great-grandmother. Although the original house was too far gone to restore, they lovingly rebuilt it as a replica, carefully preserving the classic charm while adding modern touches for ultimate comfort.

Mother's Place features two inviting bedrooms—one with a luxurious King-size bed and another with a cozy Queen-size bed—both outfitted with plush linens for a restful sleep. Both have large Smart TVs.

The full bathroom located between the two bedrooms is designed for relaxation, featuring a luxury shower and a bidet for an elevated experience. Additionally, a convenient half bath is located in the laundry room.

The living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, with comfortable seating, a full-size sofa bed for a third sleeping space, and a flat-screen Smart TV to stream your favorite shows.

The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, and the adjacent dining area creates a welcoming space to enjoy them together.

The home has a special treat for those wanting to take unique selfies in front of local artist Erinn Carty's beautiful large watercolor mural of the marina.

For those looking to explore the scenic golf cart district in style, Mother's Place offers a golf cart rental for an additional charge, adding a fun and unique way to experience the local charm, take to the beach, and explore downtown. You can also easily walk the three short blocks to the famous Government Street and the Downtown Entertainment District

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

The property is located in a nice, quiet little neighborhood. The home itself is beautiful. It is definitely much larger than it looks in the pictures. We rented the golf cart and used it daily to visit all the shops, restaurants, and even the beach. It was a wonderful weekend getaway!

This was our second stay at this property. We love the location and the house is too cute! We parked our car and used the golf cart for shopping, dining, fishing and relaxing at the beach! Now just trying to figure out when we can return! :)

The home was super clean, well appointed, very comfortable. The full kitchen is very convenient, and the bathroom perfect for my needs. Having a washer dryer was also very nice to have, with a longer stay. Very short walk to downtown or the beach…and an extremely quiet neighborhood at night. Would absolutely stay there again!

We spent 4 nights in the this very cute, clean home! The holiday decor was a nice touch. Communication was great. It was in a quiet neighborhood and quick walk to town to enjoy the shops and many restaurants. We had cup of coffee from their Kureig selection then walked into town each morning to try different local coffee shops as well, a great way to begin the day. We found the walk to the beach farther than we thought but was an easy drive with lots of parking. We would stay here again!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Ocean Springs at Mother's Place! It was so clean, warm, and welcoming! We loved the Christmas tree and the abundance of towels! The golf cart was great for a fun, short ride downtown. The great location and all of the accommodations made for a great and memorable trip! Highly recommend staying at Mother's Place!

Check-in is guaranteed at 4 PM. Looking back at your reservation, it appears we were able to accommodate you about 30 minutes early, which we’re always happy to do when possible. That said, our housekeeping team’s top priority is making sure every guest arrives to a properly cleaned and prepared home, so we don’t allow check-in until the property is fully ready. We contact guests as soon as it is. We did have someone checking out that morning, so our team insured the house was fully clean for your arrival, which we allowed you to do before the normal 4 PM check-in time. Regarding the pet fee, this is clearly stated prior to booking and helps cover the additional cleaning required when guests bring their furry friends.

The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed. We loved that it was so open to the living area. The house, yard and neighborhood were very pet-friendly. The neighborhood is so walkable and close to the Main Street in town. The front porch sitting was wonderful and the neighbors were very friendly.

We had a GREAT 4 night stay at Mother's Place. When we walked in there was a cute little christmas tree all set up with twinkling lights. Such a nice touch! The house was extremly clean and had everything we needed. There were many added extras to make it comfortable and homey. The location is close to everything. Very friendly and timely communication.We definitely recommend staying here, and make sure you don't miss The TatoNut Shop in town.

The hosts thought of everything! The home was very well maintained and in a central location. Making it easy to walk on the beach, and experience the cute downtown Ocean Springs area! We rented the golf cart and I couldn’t have been more pleased. We will absolutely be returning!
