-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (4 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.

-- The pet fee of $185 ( up to 2 pets) must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are subject to a 3% nonrefundable credit card processing fee.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in: 97% refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in: Nonrefundable.

Long-term stays (28 nights or more): A cancellation made at least 30 days prior to check-in will receive a 97% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days are nonrefundable.
