Lovely house. Good furnishings. Great place to stay! We had 6 adults staying overnight. Our one and only beef was that in the cupboard with the glasses, there was a thing that looked scarily like a mouse poop. However, we’re not entirely certain it WAS mouse poop, because when mice party, they poop EVERYWHERE, and there was only the one bit of poop look-alike. Other than that one thing - five stars all around!!

The home was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms updated. Could not find bedding for pull out couch. But we made do. Very spacious.

Everything was just as we hoped. House is older but very good condition and definitely a good choice. Our flight in arrived earlier than originally planned and our host let us check in earlier than normal which worked out perfect. No complaints and no issues. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves traveling back to Galveston!

We had a great time there. The scenic was breathtaking. Only issue we had was the parking was small even for a small car we had, but we did park on the side on the street. The stairs were a bit creaky going up and down the stairs. But overall it was a relaxing weekend.

Great location close to the Strand and cruise port. Beautiful old home, very clean.. it was perfect for our sux adults for one night. There is neighborhood noise but that is too be expected for the location. Walking distance to donuts and bagels. I would stay here again if available

Perfect for a night before a cruise. Centrally located, never more than a 5 min drive anywhere on the island. The couches are pretty broken in. Not comfortable and definitely wouldn't try to sleep on them. One of the bedrooms has the neighbor LED pool lights shining in your face all night. Bring an eye mask.

Great place to stay before a cruise

Short one night stay before our cruise. House was great, all bedrooms were upstairs. Neighborhood wasn’t the greatest and a public pool park setting next door that was pretty loud.

Family Vacay

I feel the property could’ve been a bit cleaner. We found dead bugs iin a couple areas so I know it had been exterminated but should’ve been better inspected before our arrival. The couch needs to be replaced as when we say on it we literally sank entirely to far. Other than those few items we had a great stay. Beds were great and PLENTY of hot water.

This is the perfect location for fine dining and beach access. They accommodated my pets and we had plenty of space and room for a family of 8. Wish we could have stayed longer but this was a quick getaway. Thank you for having all the amenities we needed including board games!

One Day Stay

We rented this for our family to stay in the night before our cruise. The property manager was great with letting us check in 30 minutes early and it was very close to the beach. The property wasn't in greatest location though. There were many homeless people all hours of the day and night around the property and the alley next to the home. The home was clean and had lots of room to accommodate all the people staying. Although, the couch in the living room was broken and looked to have been repaired instead of being replaced, so one section of the couch was unusable. For one night this place was fine but I wouldn't suggest it for a long stay vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and very spacious and reasonably priced. The beds were very comfortable and enjoyed the balcony on the second floor. Only downside for us was the freezer did not keep our ice cream frozen and there was no ice maker. With that said, would definitely book again.

This was an overnight stay before a cruise. Very close to Seawall. If we need a place in the future we would be happy to stay here, especially for a longer stay. It is clean, roomy, great air conditioning, comfortable beds and very homey. This is an older home, as is every other one in the area, yet well kept. There were 6 of us, 3 teens and 3 adults. There is plenty of room for more. Thanks for a great stay.
