Come relax in this private, tranquil, desert oasis! Enjoy the beauty and serenity of the beautifully landscaped backyard boasting mature, desert, foliage, complete with pool, spa, firepit and barbecue! Enjoy a drink on the patio or next to the pool while watching the magnificent Arizona sunsets.
This pristine 3,000 square foot home is all one level in a quiet and desirable neighborhood surrounded by some of Arizona's most superb golf courses. Bring your clubs and enjoy the rolling fairways.
The primary bedroom features a new King-sized mattress and furniture along with a large bathroom with dual vanities, make-up counter, soaking tub, walk-in shower and toilet closet.
The second and third bedrooms both have new Queen-sized mattresses. Nearby to these two bedrooms, is the hallway bath, with dual vanity sinks and a combination tub and shower.
The secondary living room/office has a designated workspace with a monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer. This room also has a new pull-out Queen-sized sofa sleeper.
The expansive kitchen and open concept living area are perfect for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a gas stove. Walk from the kitchen through the butler's pantry to the game room, mix your favorite cocktail, and pick up those ping pong paddles!
In the laundry room you will find LG high efficiency front-loading washer and dryer.
The fully, fenced, private, backyard has a sparkling, clean, pool and hot tub with weekly, professional, maintenance and a covered patio perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There is also a barbecue, pergola (with a table and chairs) and gas fire pit.
There are several golf courses within a five-to-twenty-minute drive. The closest is Seville Golf and Country Club, just five minutes away.
Gilbert Regional Park is just two miles away and has basketball courts, pickleball courts, sand volleyball courts, play structures, and water features.
Pet Policy: Two pets maximum. Must be altered, house trained, non-aggressive, and over two of years of age.
