Elegant Caribbean comfort describes this beautifully appointed Villa on St. John, US Virgin Islands, overlooking the calming waters of Fish Bay. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, Casa Del Palmas is designed to comfortably accommodate large families, groups of friends, and small retreat groups, up to 12 guests.

You will find privacy with individual suite style bedrooms as well as a variety of open indoor and outdoor spaces to play games, gather for conversation, dine, lounge poolside, practice yoga, or tuck in alone to read a book. Casa Del Palmas is nestled hillside in a lush and quiet neighborhood only ten minutes from Cruz Bay, providing convenient access to Cruz Bay’s shopping, water sports, groceries and restaurants. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and pool toys are also available to use during your stay.

Enjoy days of hiking and snorkeling the many Virgin Islands National Park trails and reefs. Go boating or go explore some of the many plantation era ruins, or simply lie by the pool with a book and glass of wine. No matter what your choice, Casa Del Palmas is designed to relax and rejuvenate the most road weary guest.

Rates are based on the number of guests staying. Base rate shown is for up to 6 guests. Additional cost per guest, per night up to 12 guests. Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Please inquire for accurate rates and availability.

For up to 6 guests, you will have the upper level living and kitchen areas, the 3 upper bedrooms (2 kings, 2 twins that can be made to king), lower screened patio and outdoor spaces, pool deck and outdoor bar. The lower King, Queen, and Twin bedrooms would not be accessible, but you will have complete privacy with no other renters!

For 7-8 Guests, you will have a choice of one lower level bedroom as well as all the upper level amenities. Please let us know which room you would prefer to use upon booking.

For 9-12 Guests, the whole house will be accessible.

Incredible stay

my friends and I had an amazing week staying at Casa del Palmas! Great space, kitchen which was very well equipped to cook meals and grill down by the pool. The house had a great flow and when some people stayed up late on the porch we could barely hear them through the nice thick studying glass doors. Can't beat the location!

Great stay

We stayed here the week of our daughters wedding. The downstairs suite was perfect for getting ready for the wedding. Home is very spacious and comfortable. Rooms were all lovely! Beds were comfortable. Driveway was super convenient compared to others I’ve stayed in. Nice grill area and pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Week in Paradise

The house was perfect. We were a group of 12 and we had plenty of room. The house was immaculate.. and the location was perfect. Close enough to Cruz Bay to be able to shop, etc. But very private, once on the property. St. John's is a little slice of heaven.

Casa Del Pamas is a great vacation home.

Our group of six throughly enjoyed our stay and found the home fully equipped to meet our needs. The home and it’s amemities are all basically brand new and the decor as spot on. You can really see the owners took great pride in building the home by asserting quality throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to lease the home again for a large group.

Celebrating Mom's 80th Birthday

Casa Del Palmas was a perfect getaway !! House was perfect ,exactly what online photos represented. Spacious and clean upon arrival and Host Tiffany was great! Quiet location and Great views! What a Fun drive on roller coaster roads on Saint John, Jeep handled everything with ease. Hope to return someday to relive some great memories!!

Paradise in Fish Bay

We loved our stay at casa del palmas! The house was clean, came with so many amenities, and the beds and rooms were spacious and comfy. The house was in a private area but still close to Cruz Bay by Jeep. Tiffany met us at the house when we arrived and was available for text if we needed anything during the week we were there. The outdoor space was roomy and the view was amazing!! Will definitely stay again!

Friends getaway

The house was in a nice quiet area and the description of the property was spot on. It was well equipped for all the things we needed for the beach and pool area. The kitchen was stocked with many of the things we needed for cooking. There were a few issues throughout the stay and the property management responded quickly. We had a great time and love St. John’s.

Vacation in Paradise.

Casa Del Palmas met and exceeded our expectations. The villa is very up to date and very pretty. The home is extremely clean with all modern amenities. The views from the back of the property are breath taking. The home comes stocked with anything you would need to enjoy your time on St. John. If you are looking for a villa in St. John, this is an excellent one!

The pictures and video do not do this property justice. We had two families with multiple children and the layout was perfect. Fish bay was a great location - providing a short drive from Cruz Bay to a quiet peaceful retreat. The property management team was a perfect host who was responsive to all questions and concerns.

Beautiful, and beautifully appointed!

Casa del Palmas is a gorgeously updated villa. This 6 bed, 5 bath home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 teenagers. The pool area included space for everyone to be outside if shade or sun is your preference. The beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, and floats helped make our beach days easy and enjoyable. We loved Casa del Palmas and hope to return next year!
