Imagine waking up and taking a short stroll through a tropical canopy and boardwalk straight to the white sands of New Smyrna Beach. Feel the salt breeze and create lasting memories in this slice of Florida paradise.

After a day of sun, surf, and relaxation, unwind with a movie on the big-screen TV or head out to explore the famous beachside restaurants and bars. Whether you're seeking tranquility or vibrant nightlife, our beach condo is the perfect escape for your next getaway.

This condo provides everything you need for a blissful beach getaway.

There are two bedrooms and two full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, all brand new furniture, a newly remodeled one car garage, beach goodies, high speed internet and Roku TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Living room TV is 65" and the bedrooms boast 50" TVs.

The stunning beach access walk is located almost directly out the front door.

Each bedroom has a Green Tea mattress, and the living room has a full sleeper sectional.

The kitchen was adequately provisioned, although we did not cook in the unit. If someone wanted to cook they would need to bring spices, etcIt was close to the beach, but no view of the beach from the unit

White Sands was a great place for my husband and I to have a short get away. The house is perfect for 2-4 people. Everything is provided and is very clean. We got up early and had coffee on the beach for sunrise. The neighborhood is a very nice beach town and super close to great restaurants like The Garlic and our fav JB’s Fish Camp. We will definitely be back!

The location was less than a 1min walk from the beach, the house was tidy and welcoming. It’s the perfect location for restaurants, shopping & downtown. It was a 10/10 all around. We will definitely be back again :)

Nice/Clean/Roomy Beach Home a short walk to the beach

We were very pleased with this New Smyrna Beach home. Great location! Just a short walk to a wooden boardwalk with a few steps directly on to the beach. Grocery stores, shops, and restaurants are close (even walkable if it’s not too hot). The homey home included everything you need from beach chairs/cooler/beach toys to a fully functional kitchen if you want to make your own meals to lovely bath products to plenty of quality towels and linens. We will definitely book through this group again and will highly recommend to family and friends.
