The house was clean and comfortable and very convenient to downtown and UVM. The off-street parking was a bonus. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Check in and check out was a breeze. The kitchen was very nice. The overall cleanliness was pretty good. The property manager was responsive and very nice. The amenities were very good. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, free coffee, dishes and glasses, microwave and dishwasher. Free Netflix and other apps. The bathroom was nice and clean. It would be good if they can state one bed in each room just so guests are fully aware. The price didn’t seem too bad but seemed to be a little high for what we got. Overall a good experience.

We had a great stay at this home! It was the perfect location – we were easily able to walk around church street while still being in a quieter area. It was very clean and the host was very communicative! We would definitely stay again! Our dog loved it as well.

Easy walking distance to church street but in a neighborhood that is mostly student housing.Interior and exterior could use a cleaning.No curtains so you rise very early and no space to hang clothes.Furnishings we're comfortable and we did enjoy being able to walk to church street.

Really loved my stay here, just a couple of blocks from Church Street shops and restaurants, and just down the hill from UVM. Looking forward to staying again

Charming carriage house - great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The carriage house is really nice. The rooms are all a good size and are comfortably furnished. The beds are also very comfortable and the bedding is good quality. It was very quiet and since is is tucked away off of the street it feels vey peaceful. It is a great location with a great grocery store a short walk away and many restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to reach and the check in and check out were very easy. Overall i highly recommend this lovely place. I would definitely come back!

This place was just as advertised and a good home base for exploring Burlington and UVM! Very comfortable and clean and you can walk everything.

Quick Overnight Stay

Comfortable home as described. Great for a quick stay. Close to town. The check in process was a little tough as we didn’t receive the check in details via email or the app. I called and they were able to provide them over the phone.
