The convenience of the location was perfect for our purposes. The condition, size and amenities made for a very comfortable stay. A few more lighting fixtures (table and/or floor lamps) in the living room would be a welcome addition to the otherwise appealing space.

Perfect place to stay in Burlington area. This is a great apartment in a great location to access Burlington, but also areas to the south. Walk to the Lake or the Pine Street art district from here. Perfectly outfitted with generous percs like a bin of caffeine and decaf coffee, lovely cuisinart knives and pans. This is SO MUCH better than any hotel in the area and a great bargain. It is our new go-to place in the Burlington area.

Loved our stay!! It was much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. The home offered everything we could ask for. Great family room that allowed us to hang out as a family. It was our first time in Vermont. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The whole house was spotless and cozy. The decor was so cute, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated the coffee and tea that was provided for us. The host was very easy to communicate with, and the instructions for entry and check out were very clear. We highly recommend this property!

Great place!

This is a cute, nicely renovated, and clean place. My wife enjoyed the neighborhood for early morning walks. We liked the back screened porch in the evening and it was a short drive to downtown. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic property in a great location.

Beautifully decorated property, fully equipped and in a great location for Burlington and the surrounding area. Great amenities within a short distance. Clear communication from the owners with easy to follow instructions and an obvious focus to ensure that guests will enjoy their stay. Highly recommend people book this property.

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in lovely accommodations. This rental is on a quiet street that is very convenient to the UVM campus where we were visiting our daughter. The rental was very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay there again on future trips. Highly recommend!

Comfy, cozy, & quiet.

Great location. Minutes from so much of what we love in Burlington: UVM, waterfront, breweries, downtown. Perfect spot to come back to for relaxing & recharging. Loved the backyard privacy & screened-in porch. Daryl & Janel were super responsive & accommodating hosts.
