Very nice, easy to find, close to lots of fun stuff to do, nice appliances, no closing chores, excellent cottage. Don't use the swing, it belongs to the neighbor and she was cranky!

Riverhouse

We enjoyed walking down to the river, and sitting on the patio in the morning with our coffee. Very relaxing! The wall units kept the house so cool! Great time!

Crawfish Open

We stayed for the weekend of Crawfiah Open and had a great time at this cute little get away. Saturday morning we fished the Llano river with a short maybe 100 yard walk to the water from the front door. Property was great and as advertised!

Llano get away

We try to come to Llano every year to play golf and visit state parks. This was a very nice place to stay, very comfortable. Had an issue with charges that was not resolved.

Good

I gave this lovely 5-star property a medium rating and I would love to return but don't know if I will, because...the issue is 5 dogs right next door that are kept in a pen that bark. When we got there Friday and moved our luggage into the upstairs whenever they caught sight of us or heard us talking or moving around on the porch, there was barking. Inside we could hear barking off and on that afternoon. We contacted the owner about this issue and from that time Friday evening and all day Saturday it was quiet. On Saturday evening, we were sitiing down by the river access that you can walk down to and enjoy. As we walked back to the house through the yard, the neighbor next door had several dogs off leash walking with her dogs in her yard, her dogs caught sight of us and came running up to us barking and growling ( no fence) in not a friendly manner, it scared me because I don't know if the dogs were going to bite us or not. The dogs did not bite us and returned to their yard but it was an unsettling experience. Not sure if I want to return as these dogs are not people friendly and can be noisy. This property is a very lovely and a relaxing place to be right on the river, but I don't know if I would return because of the dogs next door. Hopefully the owner of the Carriage House can have this issue resolved.

We had a lovely stay. The property is clean, comfortable, and nicely equipped. Enjoyed the peaceful view of the Llano River.

Wonderful location & view

The place was very serene. I was able to focus on relaxation. The view of the river and bridge 
 I love old bridges
 was great. The apt is cozy. The patio was great for viewing the yard and the Llano little river. Two squirrels were friendly too.

The host was very sweet and attentive. Place is super charming but needs a few things. King size bed, hair dryer and a path to the water would make it perfect.
