This place was so charming and comfortable, with great amenities like dog bowls and a private backyard grill and firepit. The craftsman details in the hose were stunning, and the host made it so easy to check in and out! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Sugarhouse. The house was just as described, easy check in and great communication with the host. The living space was spacious, kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home w lots of character. There were many nice extras, board games, spices, coffee filters, etc. It’s been thoughtfully designed and the host was very quick to resolve any issues that came up-even door dashing us batteries for a remote. Property was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The house has some interesting architectural quiks, not uncommon for a lot of old homes in the area, but it could use some updates to make it safer for curious young ones. No issues on our stay, and our hosts were perfect in communication and hospitality.

Our host was so welcoming and the house so cute, cozy and clean. We loved how she left restaurant recommendations and suggestions of places to see in the city, along with snacks too!

The property is comfortable, well-appointed, and in very good shape. Our host was friendly, efficient, and responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we visit SLC

I just love the house and the location. It was so clean. It was adequately stocked and so comfortable. We spent 3 weeks there and I just wanted to move in permanently. :) I came home and bought a little record player as I was inspired by the one at the house!

Great house in Sugar House. Location is excellent. Front porch is great for hanging out. Backyard is also great to hang out in. House is very well appointed. Nice kitchen. This home is incredibly comfortable - kitchen had all you need to enjoy scrumptious meals, beds were so comfy! House was really well decorated! Loved the dining room and living room was great for our family to spend time together. So many special touches - dog dishes and cookies, plenty of bath towels, ice machine! Thanks for making a great stay while we visited Salt Lake!

Great location! Definitely an older home with older home charm and quirks. Positioning/availability of electrical outlets was limited (older home!) but extension cords were available. Comfortable, clean and well equipped! We had a great stay with our two kids.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute and quirkly historic house. Check in was very easy and smooth. Communication with the host was also easy and smooth. Everything we needed was provided and as billed in the description.
