Nestled in the bedroom community of Sugar House In the foothills of Salt Lake City you'll find this charming comfortable home boasting stunning furnishings and amenities. Located just 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from Park City and an easy 10 minutes from Downtown , the University of Utah, Primary Children’s Hospital and the U of U hospital. An easy walking distance to Sugarhouse Park, Allen Park, Westminster University ... ample, convenient shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Close access to I-80, I-15, and I-215 freeways and 30-40 minute drive to the ski resorts. Mass transit around the corner is a short walking distance from the house.
This property is replete with extraordinary furnishing and lush bedding which will satisfy the most discriminating guests.
The walk out deck, BBQ and fire pit in the gated backyard are an added bonus. Also enjoy your favorite music with surround sound on the main floor with pandora etc.
Primary bedroom, large full bathroom and walk-in closet are located upstairs. Halfway upstairs is a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Located downstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and laundry room. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other bedroom has 1 twin bed.
You will enter on the Main floor with open spaces that include the kitchen with walk-out deck, sitting area, built in dining table, living room with a Frame TV, half bathroom, and den/office with large TV.************

Great place. High end renovations. Beautiful home... All the bedding, towels and kitchen supplies were high quality and cozy.. the backyard is spacious. and the women loved the robes! great place to stay for parents weekend! One thing we would have liked was a pool table or something or something along those lines.. that being said, we would highly recommend the house!

SLC skiing

WE rented this 4 bdrm house to take advantage of skiing nearby. Great location for easy trips into the mtns. Cool area of SLC, lots nearby.Nice hot tub was used a lot after our skiing,highly recommend!

Property was very well outfitted with thoughtful amenities such as lots of coffee and toiletries. Beds were very comfortable as well as pillows and very luxurious towels. Great layout too.

BEAUTIFUL HOME

We absolutely loved staying at this gorgeous home in the Sugar House neighborhood. The house is beautifully appointed, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The linens and pillows are top-notch. We enjoyed a beautiful summer evening in the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Great place to stay!

They truly thought of everything in this house! We were so happy to stay here for 2 weeks while on a business trip. They provided a crib and high chair for our 2 year old, which was a great plus to not have to worry about! This house is located in the perfect spot. Close to shops, parks, freeway access and not too far from downtown. We would absolutely stay here again!

Comfortable Home

Well located, comfortable and clean home with room to spread out. Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor and two of the bedrooms are quite separate in the basement below the kitchen.

Beautiful home!

We stayed here last week and it was even better than the pics and so much more room than we had thought. It was clean and decorated beautifully, very cozy home. Location was close to airport and not too far from Park City. The host was engaged and welcoming. She answered any questions I had right away and even offered to mail us back something we left behind! I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely home!

Two night stay

This home is exactly as advertised -Beautiful home in a prime location. Comfortable beds/linens. Well appointed Kitchen and our host left us some water bottles in the fridge. Bathrooms were clean and our host provided soap, shampoo, conditioner. Fantastic communication with the host! A few notes: The home is on multiple levels (my teens opted to sleep in the basement bedrooms). Backyard was beautiful, with green space and was as pictured.

Perfect house for our annual ski getaway

There is nothing not to like about this house. Great location < 1 mile from I-80. Great neighborhood with easy access to stores (walking or driving), restaurants, nightlife. Guide book in house with tips for our stay was a really nice touch. Amazing kitchen, stocked with all essentials. The keurig and pods was a big plus for me. Easy access to all ski areas, Park City, LCC, BCC. Also close to downtown SLC, and airport. 4 bedrooms were perfect for our annual ski trip. Amazing master bathroom too with oversize shower and pedestal bathtub! Will certainly consider visiting again!

Wow!

I was a little nervous about renting this house, since it was a new listing and didn't have any reviews. I am so thankful we decided to take a chance! The house was perfect for our family. The house was beautiful and full of many thoughtful touches. The beds were super comfy and everything was very well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner! The location is excellent! Close to good restaurants, shops and University of Utah. It's also super easy to get to the airport. Communication with the owner was great!

Utah Ski Trip

WOW! This place was PERFECT for 6 adults who did not want to share beds. Offered all 6 of us our own space (with only 2 of us sharing a room with double beds). Location was great with access to restaurants, groceries, etc. 40 minutes to Park City/Deer Valley, and slightly less to the Alta/Snowbird/Brighton areas. The home has been beautifully redone and looks like something right out of Better Homes & Gardens. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of relaxing space in the living room for all of us. We would very definitely rent this home again, and recommend it to any group of 6 or less.

Absolutely beautiful property-- dream house in SLC!

We rented this property for a week while visiting my son who has just relocated to SLC for work. My husband and 17 yr old twins stayed in the home, and could not have been happier. The house is stunning-- gorgeously finished and furnished. All of the beds were heavenly, with high end bedding and pillows (which you rarely find in a rental). The kitchen is a joy, and stocked with everything you could possibly want. The back yard is city living-- small, but tidy and has a lovely hot tub and fire pit. The house is one house off a very busy road, but we found the noise not to be an issue, and the location is amazing for accessing everything SLC has to offer. The price for the week is a luxury price point, but I can honestly say it was worth it. We can't wait to return next year! Thanks to Tiffany for her communication and great service as well.
