Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this property! It was very nice and clean, exactly as pictured. We had just a short drive to Universal,, and the pool was a great place to come back to relax. Our family of 5 enjoyed this space!

Thank you so much for your positive review, Kenneth! We are glad that you enjoyed your time at Vista Cay. Kenneth's family was an excellent group of guests with good communication and cleanliness. They kept our unit in great condition, and we really appreciate that. Although I accidentally rated them 1 star, I mean to rate them 5 stars due to these reasons. They are definitely 5 star guests who any host would be glad to have. We truly look forward to hosting them again in the future! Thanks again Kenneth !

no hotel required

everything you need is here, each bedroom has its own bathroom, location is great, easy to get around town, sheets and comforter are on the cheap side and feel like it to the touch but really in the end the reason to stay here is price, convenience and less people.

What a treat!

Your home was outstanding! My Mom & Niece came in from Norfolk & wanted to spend some time at the theme parks & we found your place to be the perfect "home away from home". It's so close to the action yet completely quiet & amazingly comfortable. The pool & clubhouse were a real treat as well. We will be back soon! Brian

A good choice! Clean, gated community.

Good choice as it was clean, spacious (for 4 adults), and in a good proximity to major highways. Especially liked the walking distance to a shopping center (Publix grocery, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza, etc). Good perk was the bedroom safe for valuables you didn't want to carry or leave out. For Wawa fans, the closest was at the corner of Universal and Sand Lake - just a few minutes drive from the townhouse.

One small thing to complain about were the plastic shower curtains that allowed water to escape to the bathroom floor. Everything else according to description. Great contact with the property owner. Great place for bussiness needs.

Location, location, location

If you have an event at the convention center or plan to visit theme parks this home is for you. On-site gym, restaurants and a Walgreens. Grocery store is around the corner and the kitchen is equipped with most everything you need. If you are there with a larger group you may want to bring your own towels because you are given 1-2 per person for the duration of your stay. They do have a washer and dryer in the garage. Lots of stairs (3 levels) but being able to pull right up to your door is a plus. I would stay here again.

Fantastic!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Disney, sea world and all the other Orlando attractions.Closest to Seaworld but getting to the magic kingdom was quick. Just be sure that you can navigate a lot of steps since it's three floors. It was a great set up for privacy and quiet while sleeping.bedrooms top and bottom floors and living and kitchen in the middle was perfect for all of us.It was clean and well appointed and the beds were comfortable, with a really nice publix supermarket minutes away. You may want to havea baby gate if you have really small children to close off the stairways.

Ms. Deborah, Thank you very much for your positive review and great suggestions for my place. We are going to add a baby gate in the townhome for future guests. Besides the baby pack 'n play , stroller, and booster seat we already have, adding a baby gate will make our younger guests feel safer and more comfortable. Thanks again.

Relatively happy with our stay

We LOVED the location, the rooms, and the amount of restrooms. We had problems with ants. The owner did respond to me, however she gave us a poison to spray the ants. Which is not cool. She did get the bug guy to come. But i did take offense to her comment to me.

Universal Vacation

The property was as described in the listing, as well as by previous renters. It was clean and had most of what we were looking for. The weather was not warm enough to use the pool, so I cannot speak to those amenities. The complex is well-maintained and secure. All communication with the property owner through VRBO was timely. Overall, it was a good rental and we enjoyed our stay. The property was perfectly located for us. Fifteen minutes from Universal, and five minutes to Topgolf, Andretti Gokarting, and Ifly skydiving. As other reviews have mentioned, Publix grocery store and Walgreens is within walking distance.

Fantastic, everything as described

Vista Cay is a great area to be in the heart of many attractions in Orlando, and this townhome community is an excellent way to stay. The townhome was large with 3 distinct floors (garage plus full bedroom/bath on the first floor; dining and living room on the second floor; 2 more full bedrooms/bathrooms on the third floor). It was great for our group of 5 adults but could easily accomodate more. The property is secure with gated access and in an upscale area of town. Rene was as excellent a host as you could imagine. She was very responsive and clear with property requirements and policies. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends or anyone else visiting Orlando, especially for a convention at the Orange County Convention Center.

Perfect place to stay - very comfortable

We were recently in Orlando for a conference and rented this condo. Renee was very responsive to any questions we had before we arrived and provided great instructions for the gate and entry codes. The condo was perfect and had plenty of space for 5 adults and a baby. The kitchen is fully stocked which was great for making breakfast. Prepare to carry luggage up two flights to the bedrooms but we managed fine. There is also one bedroom/bath on the entry level. The living room furniture is worn but we we didn't spend much time in the condo. The beds were very comfortable! The complex also has a beautiful pool and bar area for socializing. Perfect location for any of the parks or conference center. We found it was much cheaper to Uber it to the conference center rather than pay for parking there.

Hi Laura, Thank you for your positive review of my place and I am glad that your group had a good time at the Vista Cay Resort. We are about to upgrade the living room sleeping sofa. Although we have back-to-back bookings delaying our furniture placement, we will finish it as soon as possible. If you have a chance to come back to us in the future, you will see the difference. Thanks again! Rene
