Luxe détendu à Las Palmas avec court de tennis privé, vue sur la piscine et la montagne

Situé sur un 2/3 acres de coin en plein cœur de Las Palmas, ce quatre chambres dispose 4,960 pieds carrés d'espace de vie dans son plan d'étage en forme de "U". Sur le côté ouest de la propriété est un court de tennis privé de surface dure.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit California king-size personnalisé, avec de grandes portes coulissantes en verre donnant sur la piscine à l'est. Sa salle de bain est un véritable spa, avec un free-standing bain à remous, cheminée en pierre empilés, et toilettes séparées avec bidet. Une porte coulissante en verre ouvre sur un patio semi-privée avec vue face à l'ouest de la montagne. Les chambres restantes sont situées hors de l'entrée principale et disposent d'une télévision 40 "HD à écran plat, chacune avec salle de bains privative.

Une véritable retraite du désert, désert Solstice apporte la vie intérieure à la terrasse de la piscine, avec un espace extérieur pour les repas, fonction feu de gaz, et une piscine rectangulaire avec spa élevée et débordement.
Extrêmement privé, le Desert Solstice se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture des restaurants, des arts et de la culture du centre-ville de Palm Springs.

We were greeted upon arrival and received a tour of the house with guidance on using the pool and gates etc. I loved the property and the pool and tennis were used throughout - the kitchen was huge so we could all cook together! I loved the communication via text - all my questions were answered in the weeks leading up to the stay.

This is a very nice house. Better even than I expected from the photos

Our greeter was super helpful. Virtually everything we needed was here (sheets, towels, soap, kitchen stuff, even tennis rackets) The house is very well designed for a relaxing visit.

Absolutely Incredible

We had a wonderful experience! Property is amazing in a great setting. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Gorgeous pool. We loved the tennis and pickleball court. And accommodations were perfect for 4 couples on a golf trip. Service was top notch. 10 of 10!

Amazing Stay

The house is amazing! It has all you need for a great little getaway. The master bedroom is beautiful and spacious and the other rooms are just as nice. It was a great rental for our family and friends. The property manager was so helpful and nice and was always avail even for us. We had such a great time!

Desert Delight!

This home is perfect for 6 to 10 people. We had our family all together and everyone had their own space, plenty of rooms to gather in and a great pool/patio with outstanding patio furniture. Close to downtown and restaurants as well. We will be back!

Great property

Great premium digs, pool and tennis court. Ice maker in the bar a great extra. The area is so quiet you might think your hearing has failed you...but it is just that peaceful (when neighbors aren't playing tennis).

Beautiful home. The paperwork in the home said the pool was serviced twice per week. The pool control said "very low salt". The pool had much debris in it from the lawn guy who was there midweek. We never saw anyone until the Saturday we were leaving. I messaged the host on Tuesday about the low salt and got a vague response and no one show up. This is very disappointing as we paid a lot of money for this home. I would expect something of a refund.

Palm Springs weekend

Really enjoyable stay here. HUGE house with plenty of beds and baths for our group of 4 gay couples. Well stocked in every way. Two washers and dryers! Really nice hot tub. Didn’t get to spend much time in the pool as it was a little cool. Very spacious home with 2 living areas to spread out a great kitchen

Great Location, Excellent Pool, Very spacious

The house has a great location just blocks from downtown Palm Springs. The. neighborhood is excellent for walking and seeing tons of mid-century modern houses... The Kaufman House is just down the block. The 4 bedrooms are all very roomy and the primary suite is massive - you could rollerblade in the massive bathroom. Beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is super well equipped. Double Oven, Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Huge Island to work on... The pool is very large and the hot tub heats up quickly and can accommodate 8 people. We loved the tennis court - rackets and fresh tennis balls were supplied. The only oddity is the HVAC system. There are 4 separate zones... 3 are interconnected... meaning even if 1 is on and the 2 others are off, the fans will run in all of them. Overall a great place to stay.

This is a great property!

This is a great property conveniently located in Little Tuscany. It was perfect for our family but would also be great for a group of adults. We’d stay again!

Fantastic

The property was as beautiful as described. It was stocked with quality products from sheets to kitchenware. A true 5 star hotel experience. The pool area is protected from the wind which was important during our trip due to weather conditions. The management team was very attentive and overall wonderful to work with from the planning of our trip to our departure. It was really perfect for four couples since each room has a king size bed and their own bathroom. We took a walk to downtown Palm Springs. Wonderful location.

Very cool spot

Our family really felt immediately at home and comfortable in this house. We made a last minute decision to do a long weekend getaway and felt very lucky to get such a perfect house.
