Beautiful cabin, we will be renting again. Warm welcoming and the host answered any questions we had . Loved the point of a gated community and golf course and still seeing deer walking around.

Host was fabulous!! I only gave 4 stars because the bed on the main floor was not comfortable at all & covered in plastic that crinkled everytime you moved. Also because it wasn’t the cleanest of cabins I’ve stayed in but I am a clean freak so other people may not even notice. We did have a wonderful time & location was terrific. Disappointed we didn’t see any bear.

The cabin was cozy and clean! Very comfortable for our family. As you walk up to the front door, it is warm and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to make a meal there. The rooms were spacious and plenty of room for extended family. The outdoor spaces were well lit and we enjoyed the views from the back deck. Perfect place to curl up with a blanket on a cool day with a book and cup of coffee. The property owner was easy to reach and responded promptly to needs or requests. This is our second time staying at this cabin this year and would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was big, kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, hot tub was awesome!! Screened in deck and open deck gave us so much outdoor space and lots of comfortable seating. It was quite and yet close to everything we needed! Marlene was awesome and always available to answer questions!! We loved this cabin and will definitely return again.

I’m not really sure why this location receives such high ratings. It’s just an average cabin in the Smoky Mountain area. It had a bad vibe because of all the dos and don’ts listed everywhere. A plastic cover on the mattress was a little unnerving. Also, the reminder not to pee in the hot tub. There wasn’t anything special about the location. But it was quiet.
This is the first thing we saw at the front door.

Several ring cameras at the house. Sunday mornings at 630am the smoke detectors went off. For no reason other than to wake us up. It just felt like we were being watched.

We came to Townsend to celebrate our 32 wedding anniversary and this home did not disappoint. We were minutes from restaurants and things to see and do. We also saw a momma bear and her 2 cubs from the back porch! I also give the lady that owns this home a 10/10 as well. I will definitely be back again! This review is coming from someone who has stayed in over 75 or more rentals over the years.

Place was nice enough. Owner not so much. I booked this place for two nights. I was told on the first night that I would have to be out by 9am and stay out most of the day because they had service workers coming over, fine I planned on being out most of the day anyway. Then I was informed again the next night that I would have to be out early again, even though I had until 10 to check out. One I should have been informed of this before I checked in and when I asked to be able to stay until check out, I was politely told no, the worker will be there wether I was gone or not. Told them how unpleased I was with the scheduling of work and was told that I would get a discount on my next stay or a partial refund. Neither of which happened. Now I'm just being ignored when I try to reach out about it. So I would pick any other place than this. There was nothing special about this place. You can go a million other places and not deal with a rude owner.

Lovely Home. Enjoyed seeing Bears right outside our window. Took day trips to Knoxville (the climbing center), Maryville, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge house was conveniently located to all. Would recommend!!

Beautiful Cabin at the Golf Course

The Cabin was perfect, and the fact that is close to the golf course is a bonus. Townsend is the best place to stay, it's close to Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Great stay at this clean, comfortable cabin. Close to river rafting, plenty of restaurants and lots of bears!
A nice bear walking past us as we were loading to leave. Picture is taken from the steps on the front porch.
The visitor centers are really cool as are the local shops!
A bear that was sitting in the street on the way into the neighborhood, had to stop and let him get up and move along.

Family vacation

The cabin is beautiful. Great location in peaceful gated community. Close to the Townsend entrance to Smokey mt national park. Owner was very quick to communicate even when I was a knucklehead and screwed up the gate code. One little detail of the listing could have been more clear about the location of the pool- not in the community but down the road .

Fantastic!!

Quiet side of the Smoky Mountain National Park. Quiet place in the mountains. So close to the national park and especially the wonderful Cades Cove. The owner is a lady we were proud to meet!

Extremely clean cabin

My husband, daughter, and I stayed for a week. We were surprised at how extremely clean the cabin was. I don’t think we found a speck of dust. The bedding and towels were great quality. The cabin looks very well taken care of. I’m assuming it is a very new cabin considering the condition it was kept. We were very pleased and would love to stay again. Hosts were amazing.
