Deluxe Ocean 2ème FL Avant Duplex avec Vue imprenable

Cette 2ème étage en bord de mer condo de luxe est situé sur la 56e et Central Avenue, une des plus belles plages de l'île. Une vue imprenable sur l'océan vous attend dans cette magnifique maison de vacances. Promenade sur la plage de seulement marcher à l'extérieur sur votre porche couvert et sur le grand pont en bord de mer. Le pont est parfait pour se divertir ou tout simplement vous gâter avec un front de mer repas tranquille. Montez sur la plage et utiliser les plages ouvertes, moins fréquentées qui incluent postes de secours ou si vous préférez, sans sauveteurs. Soit le choix est à quelques pas.

dort Cette belle maison 10-12 avec quatre chambres dont deux suites de maître et 3 salles de bains, ainsi que des douches extérieures fermées et le stockage qui rend le nettoyage après une journée à la plage une brise. Un grand salon vous permet de voir levers tôt le matin et les belles couleurs du crépuscule tout en profitant de votre café du matin ou le soir des boissons. Cuisine bien équipée et salle à manger de fournir des équipements parfaits pour manger et confortablement assise famille et les invités.

Nice place, needs some upgrades and attention

Great location and views are awesome. Overall, it’s very spacious and enjoyable. Interior could use some upgrades to carpeting, and ants/flies were a nuisance in the kitchen area.

Great location

The location was perfect and the ocean view outstanding. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The back bathroom had mold which needs to be scrubbed. The middle bathroom had mold on the shower curtain. Besides the bathroom items we were comfortable for the week and would rent the unit again.

The view of the ocean & beach from the second floor makes this simple rental unit perfect and at a reasonable rate versus the extravagant houses that dominate in Ocean City these days. Kitchen and its appliances seem recently renovated. They do have a charging outlet for Tesla & EV cars. Bring your own cable. No enclosed area to keep bikes out of the rain for 2nd floor renters on the ground. The only surprise, which truned out not to be a big deal, but should be noted before you rent - The top beach porch shown on the picture from the beach is NOT part of the 2nd floor rental area.

Amazing Host!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach front property. Eileen, the host, was quick to respond to my questions and was incredibly accommodating to some special requests I had. I was particularly impressed with how well the kitchen was outfitted for a rental unit. I look forward to our next stay.

Right on the Beach

4 bedroom apartment right on the beach. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Convenient to take out and stores at 55th street. Beach is where the sail boats pull in so it is fun to watch them come in and out.

Great place!

This place is great for families. Right on the beach, minimally decorated (so nothing for little hands to break). Kitchen well-stocked with pots, pans etc. We went at an off-season time so the beach wasn't busy, nor was the neighborhood. It was fantastic.

Winter break getaway

This house was wonderful and so were Eileen and Wendy. The house was immaculately clean!!! The view of the ocean was incredible, a million dollar view. Super easy check in and check out. Plenty of room for my family so we all had our own space. We look forward to spending many more vacations here in this fabulous home! Thank you so much Eileen for a wonderful winter break!!!

Wonderful Fall Beach Trip

Oceanfront views and sound of surf from covered deck as well as lower deck with loungers and direct beach access. Living area was roomy and private for three couples to share. Great week!

Great off-season getaway!

We were so glad to find this great place on the beach. An off-season rental was so much more affordable for us and the accommodations surpassed our needs. The owners were very easy to work with and we would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful break at the south end of town. We were a block and a half from a bakery, ice cream shop and take out seafood and subs. We can't wait to go back!

Four Generation Getaway

We rented both floors of this property. The great grandparents of our family stayed on the first floor. There were only a few stairs and they were able to get to the beach with some assistance. The youngest members of our family stayed on the second floor. While they were napping, their parents could sit on the balcony and watch the waves and occasional dolphin. This beach house was perfect for our family.

June Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Communicating with Eileen was very easy and she was extremely responsive (often getting back to me within the hour). The property has a ton of space, we fit 6 adults and one toddler very comfortably. Having three bathrooms and three showers was a huge plus. The location was great and the property is right next to a beach access point. The only minor downside was the later than usual check in time, but that was a small price to pay for such a seamless rental process. We would definitely recommend and look forward to potentially staying again!

Fantastic location & view across from the ocean. Surprised house did not come with linen & towels but Eileen provided this after I requested it. Needed to baby proof parts of he house as we had two babies. Our overall experience was great.

Perfect place to renew!

The rental, arrival and checking were a breeze. Eileen and Wendy are responsive and informative hosts. The view from the living room and from the balcony was spectacular. We got up each morning to greet the sunrise and were lucky enough to see dolphins frolicking in the distance. The kitchen is well appointed with most gadgets to make any cook happy.

True beachfront

The views from the unit were incredible. The place is large with plenty of beds for a large family and few guests. The until is a little outdated but clean, functional and stocked. In addition to the ocean views, it’s toward the end of town. The beach is so much less crowded and very friendly families all around. It’s 5-miles to Boardwalk, perfect for a bike ride.

Relaxing True Oceanfront Shore Home

My family enjoyed the wonderful view, sounds of the ocean, great porch and beautiful beach at this 2nd floor open concept property. The owners were very accessible and helpful as well. The beach is practically your backyard and the outside shower, grill, picnic table and storage amenities were awesome for our family. Thanks so much for a wonderful week filled with fond memories.

Wonderful stay

This property has an amazing view! The space works wonderfully for a large family. It is an older property with the normal issues of ocean front but is clean with nice furniture and a lot of extras in the kitchen like a crock pot that is great for cooking dinner while you're at the beach all day!

Overall a wonderful place and great time!!

The property is lovely, beachfront, beautiful. We felt it should have been cleaner. Cherrios, etc., under the couch cushions and on the floor under the couches. Shower curtain and liner in the main bathroom had significant mildew. My daughters could not stand it so they cleaned the liner some. Refrigerator and freezer had not been wiped down. We have been renting annually and are used to much cleaner place. Again, overall we had a wonderful week with family and friends.

Five star home

This is our second year renting this property. The house is situated in an amazing location, away from crowds. The beach is beautiful on this end of the island. There was plenty of room for our large family. The outside balcony perfect for listening to the waves at night.The outside shower perfect for the grandchildren. We will be back next year for sure.

Great Location

Great house right on the beach in the southern end of Ocean City. Nice quiet location. House is nice and roomy. Beach tags included! Eileen was a pleasure to deal with and was incredibly courteous and quick to answer any questions we had.
