By booking this property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these House Rules. Occupancy Only registered guests included on the reservation may occupy the property. No unregistered overnight guests are permitted without prior written approval. Guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing. Subletting or transferring the reservation is prohibited. No Parties or Events Parties, events, receptions, weddings, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by management. Excessive noise or conduct that disturbs neighbors is prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS NO FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.

This prohibition applies regardless of:

Any possession, discharge, or use of fireworks on the property constitutes a material violation of these House Rules and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, removal from the property, liability for all damages, cleanup costs, wildfire suppression costs, insurance deductibles, governmental fines, and any other resulting expenses to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Fire Safety No open flames except in designated fireplaces or approved fire pits, where provided. Never leave fires unattended. Burn only approved firewood where permitted. Follow all posted burn bans and local restrictions. Do not discard cigarettes or smoking materials outdoors. Smoking No smoking or vaping inside the home. Perfect family getaway
This home was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. There is plenty of room for a group and the kitchen is well appointed for any cooking you might want to do. Also, this is without a doubt the cleanest rental we have EVER stayed in. We LOVED our stay.

Great Holiday Getaway!
The home is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed! Furniture and beds were all very comfortable! We would definitely come back!
Only notes I'd make: no cell signal (but reliable wifi) and the river is not visible from the home and a good little walk.

We had a group of 6, all couples who were going to wineries around the area. House is spacious. Living and kitchen were perfect for watching tv. We prepared meals both evenings. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the top deck outside. Great place to relax and visit with everyone. The host was easy to message and respond quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

House was great! It worked perfect for our group of 6 with 2 pups. Everything was clean and kitchen was decently stocked with cookware. My only complaint was the walk to the riverfront. It's not clearly stated in the listing how much of a downslope walk it is to get there. Therefore, we didn't get to spend as much time utilizing this area as I would have liked with 2 of our group not going at all because of knee issues. Also, be aware that there is absolutely no phone signal near the house so if there are any issues getting into the house, there's no way to communicate with the host as you do not get wifi information until inside the house. I had forgotten to screenshot the door code before leaving the nearby winery, luckily I had said it out loud to our group and one of them remembered it and we were able to get in without having to drive back to the winery for wifi. The host should consider including the wifi information with check in just in case there are issues getting into the house.
