The outdoor space features an awesome pool, hot tub , plenty of seating, and tons of space.

Car, ride share, bicycle and walking are all effective modes of transportation depending on where you need to go! Bicycling is another great way to get around.

Other Things to Note:
Please recognize that this home is in a residential neighborhood and we do have quiet hours after 10 PM. If noise goes above a certain level we will get a fine by the city which is charged back to our guests if this occurs. This does not mean you can’t get be enjoying yourself after these hours but no loud music or excessive noise is permitted.

The pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday.

Please remember to turn off the spa using the app when it is not in use. Failure to do so may result in a $500 fee, as it can lead to excessive utility usage or equipment damage. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the property for all guests.

Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.

**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
