The Space:
This unit is a standout as the homey interior opens right onto a gorgeous back patio with one of the resort’s 3 pools just beyond. Access to a swim or a lounge by the pool couldn’t be easier, with the shade of your patio steps away.
Inside the recently updated home, cozy furnishings and thoughtfully designed living spaces create an atmosphere of relaxation and gathering. Come and experience an amazing massage chair after a game of golf, or just because. In between Branson excursions and enjoying all the resort offerings, spend leisure time around the electric fireplace and large-screen smart tv. Meals at home can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen which includes a toaster, coffee machine, and blender for your convenience. The dining table seats 4 + (2 at the bar) and is perfect for shared meals, visiting over drinks, or a night in playing cards or games. The back patio has additional seating for when you want to take meals and socializing outdoors.
This home sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king-size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and double vanity. The bedroom also has direct access outside to the back patio.
Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a smart tv.

- This is walk-down unit requiring 13 stair steps to reach the entrance. (No elevator access)
- Parking is available in the parking lot for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking pass will be obtained from the guard at the gate upon arrival.

- A queen-size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.
- The home has a second full bathroom located off the living space.

- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The communal indoor pool and outdoor hot tub are open year-round.
- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
