Caroline has been in the short-term rental world for about ten years, helping design spaces, manage properties, and make stays better for both guests and hosts. Eventually, we decided to dive in ourselves and build a small, family-run business focused on creating great vacation experiences.

We chose this neighborhood because it really has the best of both worldsâpeaceful and tucked away, but still super close to everything youâd want to do in Colorado Springs. One of the first things that drew us in was the view. You can see Pikes Peak right from the front porch and windowsâitâs especially stunning at sunset and makes the perfect backdrop for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
The neighborhood itself is quiet and family-friendly, but within 10-15 minutes, you can be downtown, hiking in Garden of the Gods, or grabbing a bite in Old Colorado City. Itâs close to everything, but you still feel like youâve escaped to the mountains.
We also love how friendly and welcoming the area is. Whether youâre here with your family, on a romantic getaway, or just looking to unwind, this neighborhood makes it easy to slow down and feel at home.
