Discover the beauty of Palm Springs from this 2-bedroom single story house/condo. This serene property has been fully refreshed over the past 2 months with tasteful mid-century finishes including vertical wood panel walls that give a warm luxurious vibe. Step inside and feel immediately at home, you may never want to step outside again. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials, new oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer with ice maker. Updated Nest cooling and heating system, super efficient a/c, you'll be blissfully unaware of the heat outside in the hotter months. Super fast Wi-Fi, smart TV in the living room that has all the necessary apps installed, and a Fire stick enabled TV in the bedroom. Back patio has been refreshed with desert scaping, a fully equipped BBQ that is connected to a gas line. The back patio has an outdoor dining area along with a lounging area.

There are multiple pools, the nearest less than 1 minute walk from the back patio, a jacuzzi, fitness room, tennis & pickle ball courts. The community is known for all the wonderful colors of the flowers in the gardens, contrasting well with timeless desert scaping. At night the lighting is magical on the hundreds of palm trees, sit outside and watch the desert stars. Make your time in PS one for the books with a stay at our place.

The best property we ever stayed. very nice from the host the welcome basket.A bottle of wine and lots of nibbles. There was everthing in the unit you can expect.Very quiet and good location.

We were very pleased with condo. It had absolutely everything we needed. Lovely decor. Kitchen so well equipped, beds so comfy. Location was perfect, close to shopping,restaurants etc. We hope to come back next year.

We’ve had a number of various Quality VRBO’s over the years… This one was one of the best. Tremayne was very helpful, and the quality, decor and location of his VRBO was perfect.I mentioned to him the only thing that I wish was a bit better was his new HVAC system is pretty loud… If there’s just a way to tame the fan speed.

This is an excellent VRBO home that we would definitely recommend and book again. Tremayne is an exceptional host who is easy to communicate with and really cares about making sure you have a great experience. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one definitely stood out amongst the rest. The home is exactly as featured in the pictures and Tremayne goes the extra mile by adding great hospitality and special touches like a welcome basket and nice soaps, bathroom essentials, etc. The house is very well appointed with super comfortable beds and stylish furniture. I think this is one of my favorite VRBOs we've stayed at in Palm Springs and I highly recommend it. The price is very reasonable and much more affordable than similar options. We especially loved the pickleball courts nearby and the small gym was a nice feature as well. The condo feels private and there are very nice grounds and a pool very close by.

We loved the property from the minute we walked in the door! It was decorated in such a way as if to say welcome home. Clean and comfortable with a great outdoor space, a private patio with a retractable awning so we could use it all day long. The linens and towels were in good repair, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook (when we wanted to lol). Tremayne was a pleasure to work with, timely responses to any questions we had. The condo is perfectly located, close to golf courses, grocery stores, the CV trail and the hiking trail systems.

Fantastic month in the desert

I’m transitioning into retirement and can work remotely and as I figure out this next phase in life, I took a leap and rented Tremaynes condo for March. It was one of the best self care decisions I’ve ever made. The communication with Tremayne was fast and thorough. The condo itself was FULLY equipped with everything one could ask for. It truly was a second home. The location was perfect. We were able to play at a tennis court anytime we wanted. The other residents were extremely friendly and I did not want to leave. Thank you for a great month!
