We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Black Mountain. We visit this charming little town quite often. We loved the location of our unit. It was fully equipped, clean, and the clean hot tub was an added bonus. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants.I would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at this property in Black Mountain and appreciated the comfortable studio and perfect location to town. Our pup also enjoyed the fenced yard and town within walking distance. Interior decor was lovely and bed very comfortable. We enjoyed soaks in the clean hot tub and the bathroom was large and roomy. Overall a wonderful stay!

Mixed reviews on this stay. We initially hoped to reschedule our staycation given some family challenges and the biggest snowstorm we have seen in years coming through, but the host was...less than accommodating so we decided to just go and get snowed in rather than lose our money. The house is very cute, well equipped and in a perfect location for walking to downtown black mountain. The bed was far too firm for our preference - had shoulder pain and tossed and turned as side sleepers, and the pillows were terribly flat and need to be replaced. When the mini split heaters couldn't keep up with the extreme cold temps outside (it was high 50s/low 60s inside and the windows drafty) Aiden brought space heaters quickly to get us warmed up and we were so thankful for the speedy response given all the snow. At checkout, we were sent instructions, with no conversation about whether we could safely travel home (city and county officials were asking folks to keep off the roads). A house instruction book with how to work the mini splits would be a great addition.
