2 BR Dome Home with Large Yard & Firepit! 3 Miles from Campus!

Welcome to this totally fresh and completely redone to the studs 2/1 Bungalow in a quaint and quiet section of South Bend - your home away from home for Notre Dame Games, Or parents weekends for ND, Saint Mary's or Holy Cross. Situated 3.5 miles from the Universities, a 9 minute drive to the Dome, and a 3 minute drive to Clay County's new Pickleball courts, the River Jogging Path or Kayak drop. Shopping and food are a 1.25 mile drive and the home boasts a large back yard with firepit for gatherings. Chairs, a grill, and cornhole, spike ball make some fun in the yard if you entertain the kids and few of their friends. We ask that the crowd be kept around 15-18 people max, as it is a family oriented neighborhood, but not stuffy. Please book 3 nights for FB season 2025 and four night min for graduation!
The house is designed to sleep a max of 4, this is not the house to set up an additional 4 air mattresses to turn into 8. Ask if you have an extra child. Events are ok within reason, but must be preapproved, There are two King bedrooms with high quality mattresses, One King firm with pillow top, one CalKing firm without pillowtop. Luxury European styled linens round out the beautiful sleeping areas, and each room has a small dresser and a closet with shelves, a place for shoes and hangars for your clothing, and towel and robe hooks on back door to keep your bathroom neat. The washer dryer off the kitchen can send you home ready to unpack, and the kitchen has everything you could need from hot/cold Keurig, to brand new stainless appliances, pots and pans, juicer, rice cooker, can opener, toaster, basic spices as we use the house when in town as well. There are frozen gallon jugs in the freezer for the rolling cooler, and tailgate chairs to borrow or use in the yard.
