Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this amazing apartment offers a pleasant retreat for guests looking to unwind. 10 minutes from Ithaca and Watkins Glen. Smart TV with Roku stick. No pets. In a side by side duplex with parking and peaceful outdoor space. Enjoy beautiful views, sunsets, and wildlife. Smoking permitted outside. Close proximity to many parks, waterfalls, hiking trails, wineries and breweries. Close to Cornell University, and Ithaca College. Great communication with owner. This place is wonderful. So clean, beautifully decorated and comfy beds. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The apartment had everything we could possibly need to cook and serve full meals. It was quiet and we loved being surrounded by nature while also close to Ithaca and Watkins Glen. Tonya got back to me immediately when I had a question. Check in was simple and we had no difficulties. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

This was the perfect place for a girlfriends' hiking/winery tour getaway. Location was ideal for visiting the various wine trails and the hiking at the local state parks. The house was spacious and cozy, well appointed and extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in a heartbeat if in the area.
