Toute nouvelle cuisine avec des appareils Sub Zero est le rêve du chef.
La maison est située au centre de Wainscott, à 10 minutes d'East Hampton Village, à 10 minutes de Sag Harbor Village et à 10 minutes de la plage de Wainscott. Nous sommes commodément à 5 minutes d'un petit traiteur, d'un restaurant chinois, d'une boutique de bagels, d'un magasin de vin, d'une boulangerie Levain et Breadzilla et de The Seafood Shop.

La maison a un loft ouvert comme un plan d'étage avec 2 zones multimédia / TV avec un téléviseur Samsung 85 "dans la tanière. Il y a beaucoup de lumière et le salon et la cuisine mènent à une arrière-cour tentaculaire et bien entretenue avec piscine et douche extérieure. L'espace de divertissement extérieur comprend un barbecue weber, une table à manger pour 10 personnes et 6 chaises longues.

La maison dispose de 5 chambres, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain et douche. La maison est parfaite pour se divertir avec une grande cuisine et une grande table de ferme en bois pouvant accueillir 12 personnes.

La maison a le wifi, l'air central, une grande zone laveuse et sécheuse au sous-sol. Il y a un grand parking pour plusieurs véhicules.
La maison est très privée sur 1. 6 acres et est entourée de bois.

Locations familiales seulement! Notre maison de vacances est réservée aux familles. Nous ne louons pas aux étudiants en vacances ou aux jeunes adultes (moins de 30 ans) non accompagnés par un parent ou tuteur responsable. Nous avons besoin d'un parent pour deux personnes de moins de 27 ans. UN PARENT DOIT RESTER DANS L'UNITÉ EN TOUT TEMPS. Les mariages, les réceptions de mariage, les bals de finissants ou les fêtes de toute nature ne sont pas autorisés dans ou sur la propriété de notre maison. NOTRE MAISON EST SURVEILLÉE POUR LA VIOLATION DE CETTE POLITIQUE. TOUS LES VIOLATEURS SERONT EXPULSÉS ET TOUS LES PAIEMENTS DE LOCATION SERONT ANNONCÉS ET DES FRAIS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES SERONT APPLIQUÉS! LES RÉSERVATIONS EFFECTUÉES SOUS DE FAUX PRETENSES SONT NULES ET NULLE ET L'ENREGISTREMENT NE SERONT PAS ADMIS. AUCUNE EXCEPTION! Bien que cela puisse sembler dur, veuillez garder à l'esprit que c'est notre deuxième maison et nous nous attendons à ce qu'elle soit traitée par les autres avec respect et attention.

Overall we had a wonderful experience staying at John’s beautiful home. The house was well designed and had a stunning property. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beautiful yard. As a family it was very convenient to have the additional bedrooms on the main floor and a large kitchen. The house had everything we needed, and John was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Perfect stay in a gorgeous Wainscott home

John’s home was perfect for our family which included an infant and 3 year old. The property was spotless and well appointed. Check-in was a breeze and John was a pleasure to communicate with. Beautiful backyard with a large pool. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Fabulous weekend in Wainscott

We absolutely loved our stay at John's home! The backyard is incredible and the location is perfect- right near Sag Harbor and a quick drive to the town of East Hampton. John was super helpful with answering any questions we had during our stay. We couldn't recommend this rental enough!

This house is even better in person. The backyard is amazing and had plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. John was in communication with me throughout our stay and offered to help with anything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Best Hamptons stay ever

We have been renting in the Sag Harbor/East Hampton area for a few years and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. We hated to leave and can’t wait to stay again. It’s stylish, spacious, beautifully equipped and John rocks- he’s so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect home for a large family!

We loved staying in John’s beautiful home. We were on town for the US Open, so unfortunately we didn’t get to spend as much time at the home as we would have liked. The beautiful kitchen and open layout of the home was great for cooking and dining in with a large group. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again.
