Boasting spectacular water views, this custom-built home has high-end design and features, including a two-tiered, 2700 sq ft dock with a covered deck, and two boat slips. Explore the lake with the provided kayaks and paddleboards, or relax at home with a fully furnished outdoor space featuring a spacious patio and expansive balcony complete with a gas grill and smoker, firepit, and a ton of yard games for family-friendly entertainment including shuffleboard!



Highlighted by a 24-foot wall of windows overlooking the lake, the great room showcases a lofty, open layout for comfortable indoor gatherings with friends and family. Happy hour fun awaits in the lower level game room equipped with a deluxe poker table, Silver Strike Bowling video game, pub table, foosball table, and wet bar with a dedicated beverage fridge and ice maker. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV in the great room, or whip up a gourmet batch of theater-quality popcorn using the kettle and settle in for a family movie night on the smart TV in the game room. A gas fireplace on each level adds a cozy ambience for evening get-togethers.



The gourmet island kitchen features gorgeous counters and a deluxe suite of stainless steel appliances, including a built-in wine cooler. The breakfast bar has seating for four, and the six-seater round table sets the stage for dinners and game nights. For a special treat, fire up the gas grill or throw something in the smoker for alfresco meals at the outdoor dining table set for six.



Enjoy lake views from all four bedrooms. The main-floor primary and guest bedrooms each include direct balcony access. The primary bedroom features a private en suite with a deep soaking tub, a shower with dual shower heads, and a walk-in closet. The lower-level primary and guest rooms each include direct patio access. The lower primary bedroom is furnished for younger guests with dual, fort-style bunk beds and a private en suite with an enclosed shower.

Guest Access:

You have full access to our entire house, our property, and boat house. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!

**Additional Information:**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- The backyard is not accessible to people with limited mobility.

- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
