Walking distance to the Park, Roosters, Bob Evans and other local eateries. this 3-bedroom house feature 2 queen beds and 2 full beds, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. With amenities like a washing machine dryer , iron, heating, AC, and WiFi, guests can feel right at home. It has 1 full bathroom and 2 1/2 baths and they are equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. It also has a basement with tv room. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our lovely house.

This was a wonderfully located space. Quiet neighborhood, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the trip. Host was very friendly and check in/check out process was very easy.

Excellent stay

We came into town for a dart tournament and stayed in this lovely little but spacious home. Everything was perfect and Host was amazing! Will definitely stay again!

Nice log appointed house with surprisingly more room than expected when I pulled up! We just what we needed- hits a great budget point for splitting with others for horse showing.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet neighborhood. The older home has so much character and charm, yet offers all the modern accommodations we needed for a comfortable visit. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was accommodating, quick to respond to any requests, and made us feel very welcome. We also appreciated that pets were allowed, which made our stay even better. The location was peaceful and convenient—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-equipped home in a quiet setting.

Great property and location

Great little house, located less than 15 minutes from the Roberts Center. Two bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor, with futons and a half bath in the basement and a bed and a half bath upstairs. Would definitely stay here again, if the opportunity comes up.

Rental for WEC winter festival

We came to Wilmington to horse show at WEC. This house is close to WEC, Kroger grocery store and shopping. Easy self-check in and worked well for 5 of us. We had a great stay.

Nice home, great location with walking paths

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the house. Everything is there that you need, a nice neighborhood and great walking paths! We will be back when we're in the area again. Oh, The Mediterranean is an excellent Italian restaurant in town. Recommend, not formal, but good food. Donato's has good pizza...

There was a lot of stores and restaurants/food close by. The property manager had excellent and quick communication when we had a couple things/issues come up and had to contact her. We liked how there were options for everyone to sleep and there was multiple tv’s and spaces so the kids could watch tv or play while the adults could watch movies/tv/play games. Check in instructions were clear and check out was easy. There was plenty of parking at the property. It was quiet in the area and was within a 20 minute drive of our destination (Ohio Renaissance Festival). Two families of four fit well into this house and there were multiple beds (and futons if needed).

Good value close to WEC

Was in town for WEC, about a 10min drive to the show grounds. House was clean, as listed and close to grocery/downtown. My only complaint is a few nights I was woken up by the train in the middle of the night, but overall good value.

Nice cozy little home served its purpose for attending a horse show at world equestrian center. Noisy at night time trains motorcycles sound like they are right inside the home. Owner provided everything we needed lots of towels, toiletries. K cups for the keurig and other items. Bedding was nice and comfortable. A tv would be nice upstairs and some updates are needed. For the price and close proximity to world equestrian center i would definitely stay here again. Very convenient location close to grocery store and many restaurants.

Our stay in wilmington

We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. It allowed us to have our dogs with us while we visited family. The house was as described. We had to leave early to get back home but will love to stay here again as we come over to Ohio. Bill

Easy in easy out no worries stay

We recently stayed at this cute little VRBO for a WEC visit with our 13 year old daughter. Our 17 yr old barn friend stayed as well. We had a very easy and enjoyable stay. House was clean and close to WEC (11 min drive) we were only at the house from 8pm until 6 am daily, but it was perfect for our group. Very clean and stocked with towels, blankets, clean sheets, dish towels, hand soaps, dish soap, laundry detergent. Etc
we had a Tornado warning on our first night staying in this home, but luckily the home had a large clean game room area in the basement with a powder room too. . We were quite comfy on the futons and safe riding out the weather. Host was quite attentive to our communications and we will gladly stay here again. Only issue was with the shower/bath faucet needs a new washer and adjustment. Easy tweak/fix. Also note this property was very clean and towels/ sheets smelled so fresh! Better than a hotel. There were easily 3 off-street parking spots too! It was a very easy in easy out no worries stay!!!
