We absolutely loved this place! It had everything you needed and was steps away from downtown. Long horse show days were made so much easier when at the end you can just park the car and be steps away from dinner. Its proximity also made the drive to the show in the morning super quick and easy. Would absolutely love to come back!

I had difficulty finding a parking place close enough to comfortably unload suitcases and bags. The host had Emailed me about some details, but I didn’t see the Email, as I was looking for information on the VRBO app. The TV turns on from the back of the TV, and is a little different to navigate with the remote.The heat was not working the first 2 days, and although the host had told me how to work it, it just wasn’t working. The host sent someone out to fix it as soon as I described that the room temperature was staying at 66.There are about 14 small steps going up from the street to get to the VRBO.I loved the layout and the way the place was decorated! The shower is beautiful, and the kitchen and living area is wonderful! The location is perfect for finding things to do downtown, and also great for getting to WEC!The host, Tammie was very responsive and helpful.

I want to clarify for future guests that parking details and the option to park farther away were discussed during our phone conversation prior to your arrival. Additionally, all property information is sent directly through the Vrbo app. Your pet fee was refunded once you let me know your husband and pet were not coming. I appreciate you bringing the parking, TV setup, and stair concerns to my attention so we can continue improving. We would love to host you again anytime.

Lovely Apartment. Very comfortable and clean. Easy to walk to the venue that we were in town for. Enjoyed the games that were in the apartment.Check in and out was very easy.

We were there for an event at The Murphy Theatre. It was walking distance to the Theatre and dinner at the General Denver. The place was clean and had everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. There is several stairs to get to the apt, so if you struggle with stairs this might be difficult.

Difficult to enter with keypad, no WiFi instructions given, no info on where to place trash, parking was a concern with no reserved spots but ended up better than we expected but only because we arrived late every night after horse showing all day. No Netflix app uploaded and no Roku password was given in order to add apps. Messaging was not timely with owner. Appreciated the responses but well after the fact. We were happy we could bring our very sick dog with us, but hard to find green space for potty breaks in any downtown setting.
