The Space:

Settle into a straightforward, comfortable condo designed for two. The living room offers a wood-burning fireplace, TV, and a few board games—great for winding down after a day on the mountain or trails. A fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stovetop, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, blender, and wine ware, so you can cook at home with ease. Step out to the balcony to use the small propane BBQ.

The bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and an attached bathroom for added privacy. Onsite, you’ll find shared laundry facilities, an exercise room, and a sauna, plus seasonal communal amenities when available. It’s a simple, well-located home base with the essentials you need for an easy Mammoth stay.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Assigned parking for up to one vehicle in space #217 of the Ansel Adams building (underground).

• Communal amenities: Pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and BBQ stations are typically open during summer only. Amenity availability, hours, and seasonal operations are managed by the HOA and are not guaranteed.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly.

• Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are available on site.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Guests are advised to bring or purchase additional items after arrival if needed.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Getting Around:

Location logistics: The Green Line shuttle operates in winter and runs to The Village and back. In warmer months, hiking and biking trails are close by. You’re also convenient to local parks, the Town Loop Path, Sierra Star Golf Course (seasonal), and shopping/dining in The Village.
