Excellent stay with our grandchildrens. This house was splendid, very well located at less then 5 minutes (by car...4 kms) from Sandbanks park. Owner was so toughtfull and available. Access on a deck on West Lake permitted also to my 4 grandchildrens to learned flyfishing.

Travelling with four adults and four children (ages 4-8) and this was the perfect rental for all of our needs. Located close to Sandbanks, beautiful property with many outdoor spaces, and comfortable interior with everything we could need. Agustin was an outstanding host and so accommodating - going out of his way to make sure out stay was exceptional.

Agustin was absolutely phenomenal as the host! , with such care taken in making our stay just like a 5 star should be like. We Enjoyed the hot tub, campfire to relax at the end of a day. Cannot beat the location to outlet beach, just 5 minutes drive. And the entrance passes, beach towels, chairs all courtesy of the thoughtfulness of our property owner!

Great location and awesome home!

Great place located very close to Sandbanks provincial park and wineries. Home is well stocked and comfortable. Awesome outdoor space with lots of patio furniture and a gas fireplace. Enjoyed the hot tub and everything else this beautiful home had to offer. Host was very personable and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay! Our host was very easy to communicate with, and the house is lovely. We enjoyed the literature available in the house for suggestions on things to do and places to visit, and having the hot tub and the campfire available for our relaxation time was the best. We spent a lot of time out on the boardwalk to the lake, listening to the birds. The house is well equipped for any cooking, and we appreciated the ice maker and filtered water via the fridge. We would definitely return to this home again - thanks so much.

Cute, comfortable cottage on West Lake

We had a great weekend! House is so cute and very clean. Definitely enough space for 7-8 people and the bedrooms were perfect for our group! The hot tub was awesome and the backyard was spacious with multiple fireplaces. Kitchen was very easy to use as well. It was an easy check-in process and Agustin walked us through all the amenities to ensure we would have a good stay! Would definitely book again!

Great vacation at this beautiful place

We spent 4 days here and absolutely loved it. The location is great, just a quick drive to Sandbanks, which made it super easy to spend full days at the beach. After all the sun and swimming, coming back to the hot tub was the perfect way to chill and relax.The place itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. Quiet, cozy, and surrounded by nature. There’s a lovely view of the lake nearby, which made for some really peaceful mornings and evenings.Would definitely come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing beach escape!

A group of 8 adults and 1 child had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The check in process was quick and easy. The property is nicely decorated, clean and stocked with the essentials. The beds and linnen were super comfortable, having beach towels available for guests was a nice touch. Communication with the host was great, if we had any questions they were answered promptly. The host also was accommodating for any requests we had. Hot tub, fire pit, free day passes to Sandbanks and access to kayak/paddle boat kept us busy all weekend. The property is about a 10 min drive into town if you need anything over your stay including a metro, dollar store, LCBO, coffee shops etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and grounds and well-stocked kitchen

We had a great time at the County Estates. Agustin was really helpful and responsive. The kitchen is really well-stocked, though you might like to bring some Tupperware or food wrap if you think you’ll need it. Beds were comfy, the backyard has tons of seating, and the sunsets off the dock were beautiful. It was really clean. There’s a convenience store with ice cream and firewood a few doors down. I wasn’t sure if you could swim off the dock and I would say that’s a no, but the beach is very close by and Sandbanks is a short drive away. Thank you for a wonderful stay! My friends and I will be back!

The good part was the kitchen the bad part, floors lifting big gaps, upstairs shower shootind water UP not down. Big gap on entrance to house. This is NOT a lakeside property over 500m to dock. Not worth the price.

Kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were great and comfy, although the walls and ceiling were dusty.We had high expectations from the pictures of the backyard but it was disappointed. Dinning set was horrible and we couldn’t not sit at it (used up) And the access to the water was further than expected. We couldn’t see the water at all.This place is nice but could definitely need some love. A lot of potential for the backyard

This was a “Girls” get away trip and this house had everything that we needed to enjoy ourselves. Our host Agustín was prompt and helpful with replies to any issues that we had, which were few. We would definitely consider this house again if we are in the Picton area!

The house itself was very clean, had comfortable furniture and plenty of dishes etc. for large gatherings. We enjoyed the large hot tub and patio.Only a few things that could have been improved. The gardens were a bit unkept and the large gates between the properties were peeling black paint and the long thorny branches in front of them should have been trimmed back.Host was very helpful and over all we loved the place.

Belle maison rustique

Très belle maison de type rustique Très bien équipé avec une cuisine moderne, tres grand terrain (5 min de marche ppur se rendre au quai). Les lits sont confortables. Les 2 Raisons qui m'empêche de mettre un 5 étoile est la température intérieure...froid au rez-de-chaussée et chaud a l'étage des chambres et la pression d'eau dans les salles de bain surtout pour les douches...l'hôte est parfait pour la communication et attentif a nos besoins
