The Drexell- Newly Upgraded home w/ pool, spa, firepit!
Enjoy everything the desert has to offer in this 3 bedroom home in beautiful Palm Desert. Walk out the doors to the ultimate backyard living complete with a pool, spa, BBQ, fire pit, and table for dining. Enjoy 2 living spaces - one with couches and dining table and another off of the full kitchen with comfortable couches and smart TV. Cozy up in the big comfy couch where the warm, natural boho meets mid-century modern inspired accents. Our home is your relaxing getaway. Spa heating is included in your stay and pool heating can be added for $150/night.
We are close to Coachella and Stagecoach shuttle stops! We are a 30min walk (1.4mi) to the Courtyard & residence inn Palm desert and a quick Uber away to the other Palm desert locations! Parks, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are within a mile diving distance! Acrisure Arena, BNP Tennis, and all Festivals are a short drive away! Agua Caliente if youâre feeling luck or want a spa day just 8 minutes away as well.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by an open and bright living room, sitting area, and a dining table for 8. Off of the main room you'll find the kitchen and another seating area/second living room space with a comfortable couch and Smart TV, gas fireplace, and windows for you to gaze out at the serene outdoor oasis.
The open concept allows for you to enjoy your relaxation in the living room, all while being near your group cooking up a feast in the full kitchen.
The fully stocked kitchen has all you'll need to cook up a cozy meal! It holds a regular coffee maker, a Keurig, a Nespresso, tea kettle, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer, utensils and cups for children, indoor and outdoor drinking glasses and bowls/plates, pots and pans, toaster, blender, serving platters, and cooking utensils.
For remote workers, we have a dedicated work space in the kitchen and you can also eat at the bar by the couch.
The home contains 2 full bathrooms - one with shower and bath tub, and the other with a shower.
Two rooms have comfortable king beds and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds for your whole group to enjoy. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and a smart TV.
The backyard will truly complete your stay! You will find a large pool and spa, a gas BBQ, a firepit, and an outdoor seating area to enjoy the views or enjoy a meal under the desert stars. The home has a door alarm for pool safety and the pool is gated for children safety as well.
The garage can be used for parking one car. A washer and dryer are provided inside the home - please bring extra laundry supplies if you'd like to use it during your stay!
For long term rentals (27 days or more) the home is equipped with 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For short term rentals (2 nights or more), the home is available with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to comply with the STR On Site Owner Rules. Guests will have access to the entire rest of the home and backyard.
Let us know if you have any questions or if interested in a later check out and we can accommodate if we're able! Two dogs are welcome with the pet fee (we have a doggy door too!) but no other pets, including cats, are permitted due to allergies.
