Everything was as stated. Enjoyed the game room for some friendly ping pong, air hockey and fusbol. Didn’t feel comfortable using pellet stove as I have never used one before. Would have been nice to use wood but fireplace as it was a cool weekend. Nice walking area. Plenty of space for 9 people. Kitchen well equipped. Thank you for a great stay.

The Hilltop Hideaway lived up to its name, and we had a good weekend stay in late August. It is very bright and cheery, clean and nicely furnished. Landowner communications were quick and responsive to questions.

Perfect Central NH house

We came here to visit family. the house was PERFECT or our stay. Every need was provided. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is lovely, and we really enjoyed the view and skylights. Would definitely stay here again. GREAT communication from owners.

A fun family vacation was had by all ages

A well-kept property, with plenty of square footage for the guest capacity, and with a nicely equipped game room for the kids. Owner/manager is on top of things.There is no A/C but the tall trees surrounding the house mitigate that. of course Eastman Lake is the great amenity here, along with a quiet community.

The children had a great time sleeping in the room with the bunk beds, playing the table games in the basement and swimming in the lake. The house was very clean. It was located close to the activity center and lake. The only wish list item we would hope for next year is AC. Other than that we recommend this property especially for families.

A wonderful time in a beautiful house in the middle of a beautiful location. A glaorius smell greeted us before we even entered the house from a flowering bush near the door. Plenty of room for all 12 of us and then some. No complaints. About a 30 minute drive to Dartmouth where our daughter just graduated from this weekend. Thank you so much! Great deal for a great place!

The Perfect Place for an Unforgettable Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Daniel and Nora’s house during the New Year holidays with three families. The house exceeded all of our expectations! It was spotless, filled with natural light, and incredibly spacious, making it perfect for a group like ours. It was equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.The location is fantastic—a peaceful and scenic area with a beautiful lake nearby and access to a community pool. The house is also very family-friendly, with plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained.Daniel and Nora were amazing hosts, always responsive and ready to help. They answered all of our questions promptly and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the holidays. We would highly recommend this house to anyone and would love to return in the future!

Perfect Home for our Multi-Family Getaway

We had an amazing stay! The listing was completely accurate, and the home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotless upon arrival, and the attention to cleanliness was evident throughout. The owner was fantastic—communication was prompt, clear, and helpful, making the entire experience seamless.Our families especially enjoyed the games in the basement, which added a lot of fun to our trip. The layout of the home worked perfectly for our group, providing plenty of space while still feeling cozy.We also appreciated the thoughtful labels and helpful instructions throughout the home. It was clear that the owners put in a lot of effort not only to ensure renters have a great experience but also to help us keep the home well-maintained and safe during our stay.The location was ideal, with easy access to a fantastic community center that we took full advantage of. We love the proximity to the mountains for skiing and hiking and to the lake for swimming and boating.

Newly renovated in 2024. Enjoy the brand new kitchen, carpets and immaculate condition of our home. We have a great indoor pool just 5 minutes away that can be accessed for a small fee. There is also a small free outdoor skating rink and a sledding hill for the little ones located near Forbes Tavern within Eastman.
