We acknowledge that our response time was slower than usual due to a high volume of messages and calls, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. However, it’s important to emphasize that we treat all guests with respect and expect the same in return. Unfortunately, the interactions you had with our team were extremely distressing, to the point that a member of our staff was brought to tears by the manner in which they were spoken to, by you. We ask that all communication remains courteous so we can work together to resolve any concerns effectively. Regarding the check-in process, we clearly outline that check-in begins at 4 PM and that early check-ins are not guaranteed. Guests are welcome to store their luggage at the front desk and enjoy the building’s amenities if arriving early. Additionally, it is standard policy that if the original payment card is not presented, we must verify a new card to ensure payment security. This is communicated in advance, and we make every effort to assist guests in completing this process smoothly. We strive to create a positive experience for all guests and staff, and we regret that this situation was not up to your expectations.
