This is a very comfortable, beautiful, clean rental. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is comfortable, and there are so many nice small touches like a sound machine in the bedroom which adds to the fantastic nights’ sleep we enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for what my wife and I were looking for. Quiet. Comfortable bed. We loved how it was decorated. Gave us ideas for our own house! Had all the dishware you could want. Felt like a home away from home.

Good location to Palisade/Grand Junction. Clean. Well-stocked kitchen, appreciated the snacks. A/C worked well. Nice waterfall shower! Appreciated that there was a hot tub, but due to wildfire smoke, we didn't end up using it. Comfy furniture- nice recliners and cushy bed. However, the arched window facing the bed didn't have a curtain over it, so we were woken up by the sun each day. Also, we weren't expecting the unit to be sandwiched between other ones, with connecting doors on both sides- would have been nice if that had been mentioned in the listing. Overall, a decent stay.

This property is welcoming and cute, it is not quiet! The train come through, whistling about every 2 hours through the night! If you stay here I would recommend ear plugs!

We do want to share for future guests that the train passes through the area at approximately 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and the tracks are located about half a mile from the house. For added comfort, we do provide earplugs and a sound machine in the home to help ensure a more restful night’s sleep. We truly appreciate you staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience!

Checkin smooth and communication excellent. Property was spotless and filled with lots of extra supplies. Huge yard for our dog filled with gardens and garden decor. The two hammock chairs are simple spectacular for floating in the air, relaxing. Placed right between palisade and grand junction. 10 minutes to each. Beautiful off leash dog park at Riverbend park on the Colorado river 10 minutes away. Wine country and Orchards a hop, skip and a short drive away. 357 restaurant and slice of life bakery in Old town Palisade were both excellent. Oh! oh! Enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day activities. Ahhhhhh

Graduation weekend

This quiet out of the way place was comfortable, quiet and all around a lovely experience. We didn’t get to use the hot rub because we were busy with graduation events but we would definitely stay here again when we come to Grand Junction in the future.

We LOVE this place not only are the owners fantastic, the management company is as well. We stayed here last year as well, and this year on our way out we were caught up by a fire just west of Glennwood springs. We weren’t sure we’d reach anyone but much to our surprise Wanda from the management company contacted me after I had texted and arranged us to stay at the owners VRBO in Glennwood until we could leave the next day to make the final trip to Clifton. We love that they are dog friendly and can bring our crew up with us. We will be customers for life!!
