Come experience this newly renovated, reclaimed red brick 1895 colonial multi-family building. Located 5 mins from the University of Chicago (if walking 1 mile), a 3 block walk to the CTA Green Line 'L' Station heading toward downtown, 10 mins from Sox's Stadium, 5 mins from a grocery store, closely located to restaurants, historic museums & parks, and shopping in Hyde Park (7 mins), 18 mins from downtown Chicago, 25 mins from Midway Airport and 40 mins from O'Hare.
Free street parking. Uber and Lyft are popular modes of transportation in the neighborhood. The CTA Green Line 'L' Cottage Grove Station (3 block walk) goes toward downtown via the Lake and Wabash sides of the Loop.
We welcome business and research professionals, traveling nurses, or friends/families coming to Chicago to explore!

Please no parties and no events. No additional guests beyond the reservation booking maximum (The condo can sleep up to six guests maximum). Guests have the entire 3 bedroom/1 bathroom condo to themselves. This includes a private entrance into the condo once the guests enter through a shared main gate and main building door. The backyard is a shared space. No garage access. The condo has its own HVAC/ventilation system.
Host will provide guests with the location of a key lockbox to gain entry into a shared gate and a personalized digital code for entry into the building and condo. Please leave gate key back in the key lock box at the conclusion of your stay.
This is a shared building with residents who live on the floor below. Some sounds will travel due to the close proximity of residents and vrbo guests. Please be mindful.
Please note the condo is on the on the second floor. Care should be taken when ascending and descending as the stairs are steep!
- Please no smoking anywhere on the premises. This is a strict non-smoking residence (immediate $300 charge to reservation host for any smoke smell removal)
- No pets
- No unauthorized guests
- Only the reservation holder can check-in
- This is city living...you will hear street noises
- Free street parking
- If there are small children included in the reservation please set limits to running and jumping down the condo hallway

PLEASE NO GLITTER/CONFETTI.
PLEASE NO SMOKING.
There are cameras outside at the front door and back door for safety and security purposes.
Condo does not have a dishwasher nor washer/dryer.
NOTE: We are happy to provide all bedding, towels, and a fully stalked kitchen. For your enjoyment games are located in the living room coffee table drawer. ANYTHING MISSING, BROKEN OR STAINED WILL BE CHARGED BACK TO THE RESERVATION GUEST. For long-term stays we will communicate with reservation host upon initial request on an additional cleaning if appropriate and changing of towels/bedding.
